On June 5–7 the Fairway Players are staging The Hollow by Agatha Christie. Its themes include the important role a home can play in the health and stability of a family. It’s therefore our great pleasure and privilege to raise funds for Crisis while we enjoy ourselves and also, hopefully, take the chance to learn lines and develop our characters.

Subject: The Big Sleep Out tomorrow!

Dear all,

Those of you who registered for the Big Sleep Out back in February, sleeping bags at the ready! A link for the JustGiving page is below. Please ensure your friends, enemies, families, and strangers all have a chance to donate to this worthy cause. We are 54 percent toward our ambitious target of £1000.

For those of us taking part, this is your final checklist and information guide to the evening.

Please arrive between 6 and 6:30 p.m. to grab yourself a spot for your sleeping bag on the stage. We have reserved the sofa and armchairs in the green room for those who have additional needs (sorry, they’re all spoken for).

Please ensure you bring: sleeping bag, pillow, earplugs, and eye masks; snacks; medicine; a flashlight (in case you need the toilet in the night).

FREE go-size flaskets of Bliss Bubbles minimally carbonated well-being water will be available all evening.

Activities will take place from 6:45 p.m. in the church hall. Here are the exciting events you can look forward to, and the Fairway Players who are kindly giving their time and expertise to run them:

6–6:30 p.m. Arrival and place sleeping bags on the stage
