This was the way I owned him. This was my show, and he was only a spectator. I could have my way with him, bring him to a shivering, aching climax that would seal him to me as sure as any ring. I didn’t need an official document or a promise to keep us together. This act of true lovemaking was more powerful than anything else in the world.

Theo’s hand flexed and released against the back of my skull as I worked his jock. The taste of his rod infiltrated all my senses, causing me to grow wet. I felt like a guitar string being tightened and tightened some more until I was so taut I thought I would break.

He only allowed me to suck his dick for a few minutes. I could sense that he was ready to blow, but he pulled me off before I had the chance to swallow. Reaching for my pants, he pulled them down and slapped my rear end.

I choked on a laugh, feeling silly in the midst of everything. He took me by the elbow and pulled me to the bed, pushing me down and settling on top of me. I half expected him to thrust his way inside me, to seal the deal with no further preamble. But he wanted his turn at the helm, which meant more pleasure and extended anticipation.

Theo slid his hands down the sides of my body from my armpits to my hips, making me shiver. Pushing me up onto the pillow, he positioned himself between my legs. I closed my eyes, tilting my head back to the wall. This was all happening so fast, and yet I couldn’t get there fast enough.

I wanted him inside me, but I also wanted to feel his tongue work its exploratory magic. That was something I loved about Theo; he was so eager when it came to oral pleasure. He didn’t disappoint this time, either.

I felt his fingers part my lower lips, and the warm, rough pressure of his tongue against my G-spot. I blacked out for a moment, the sudden release of endorphins more than my tired body could handle.

When I recovered my sanity, he was still down there, lapping away. He inserted two fingers and began pumping gently. The combination was electric, neatly eliminating all the tension that had been building in my stomach. I felt the entire conflict surrounding Ryan and our engagement wash out of me with the climax.

My muscles tensed; my body turned to jelly. Theo felt it or tasted it or both and pulled his fingers out. Wiping them on my inner thigh, he scaled my body until he lay on top of me. We kissed, each one bearing the taste of the other’s crotch. It was intoxicating.

I spread my legs wide and pressed my hand between our hips to guide his member home. His width was shocking even though I knew exactly what to expect. On the heels of such a monstrous orgasm, to feel him slide so deep was pure heaven.

Not only was the conflict with Ryan a thing of the past, but I lost the capacity for rational thought of any kind. I was a being of pure instinct, in search of joy at any cost. I wrapped my hands around his ass and helped him dig in even farther. I squeezed his cheeks in a desperate attempt to drive us both to a sweaty resolution.

Theo pumped his hips, his rod scraping against the walls of my femininity with blinding intensity. I shouted his name, not caring who heard. Delirious with pleasure, I released his butt, scraping my fingernails against the wall behind me.

The cot bounced beneath us, the legs grinding into the floor. My second orgasm was coming, and I was helpless to stop it. In a momentary out-of-body experience, I saw myself pinned to the mattress beneath my boyfriend. Then the world exploded, spinning out of control.

Theo stiffened, his cock jumping inside my canal. He stuffed himself down so hard, I thought I might break in two. I held my breath, squeezing his shoulders to massage out the last of his love.

Time shuddered to a halt, and we paused, locked into the last remaining seconds. I saw sparks rain down around us, afraid that we might have set the mattress on fire with our love. Reality came back slowly, boiling up beneath me with subtle clues.

I felt the cheap cot beneath me, and then Theo’s muscular thighs between mine. He put his head down on my shoulder, and I wrapped him up in my arms. We were both breathing hard, both slick with sweat.

Nothing had been solved. I still had to confront Ryan, but at least one problem was solved. There was no way in hell I was going to leave Theo. Whatever I had to say to my former fiancé to make him understand how sorry I was, Theo would be there to support me.

The aggression that had prompted our spontaneous lovemaking was gone. We weren’t at each other’s throats anymore but locked into a partnership that would stand the test of time. Theo kissed the bridge of my nose before peeling away.

He sat up, searching for his clothes. They were all the way across the room where we had started our adventure. I smiled, feeling renewed. Though it was only yesterday that we’d spent the entire night having sex, it felt like a million years ago. It was wonderful to be reunited, but that raised a whole host of other questions.

We were supposed to part ways, Theo to chase down his former handler and me to address the problem of New Dawn. I didn’t ever want to leave him, but suddenly, it felt more important than ever to stay together.

I wanted to talk to Lukas, and maybe to the CIA operatives that Theo said were at the base. We needed to figure out our next steps, above and beyond my personal situation with Ryan. Things were coming to a head, and I wanted to wrap my brain around what was happening. What was New Dawn up to, and how were we going to stop them? When did Theo have to leave and how hard would it be for him to stop Regg? And finally, where had Ryan been all this time, and why had he returned now?

Chapter 11

Theo

––––––––

WE NEEDED TO TALK TO Lukas. There were a few things that had to be sorted out before we separated. I didn’t want to leave Clark, even though I knew I had to. Something didn’t sit right about her former fiancé, and the thought of the two of them alone together grated on me.

“Let’s go talk to Lukas,” I suggested.

“Of course,” she replied, already on board.

That was one of the things I loved about her. It seemed like we were on the same page with almost everything. She clearly wasn’t interested in Ryan romantically anymore. She might have some residual feelings for him, but she was all mine. That put some of my fears to rest. At least I didn’t have to be jealous anymore.

We left the bunk empty. Aside from the clothes on our backs, we didn’t have anything to our names. Walking back down the hall, we headed for the command center on instinct. It seemed like Lukas spent most of his time there.

We were right.
