And standing next to the desk, she’s visible through the glass in the door. But my spot beside the door, with my back to the wall, is out of view.

Splitting my power, I keep pressure on the door while sending more in the other direction.

To my Flower.

My gravito wraps around her, and I pull her to me.

Our heartbeat is pounding inside our chests, and I do nothing to slow it.

Our need is overwhelming.

Her shoes slide across the floor, and I pull her closer, until her body is pressing into mine.

Her palms flatten on my chest as she arches her back, pressing her stomach against my length. Feeling how hard she makes me.

I grip her ass and squeeze.

“Nixy,” I rasp, as I drag my nose up the side of her neck.

She whimpers as I inhale roughly and groan.

With her blood pumping and with my nose against her skin, I can smell it.

I can smell the cherry juice that runs through her veins.

And I can smell it pooling between her thighs.

Her hands slide up.

To my shoulders.

Up the back of my neck.

Into my hair.

She wraps her fingers around the base of my horns, the sides of her palms against my skull, and when she tightens her hold, it pulls another, deeper groan from my throat.

“Tell me what you need, Mate.” My lips brush against her pulse with each word.

“Hungry.” She tugs on my horns. “Gods, Volik. I’m so hungry.”

I drag my tongue up the side of her throat.

She’s not hungry for food. I watched her eat lunch less than two hours ago.

My Nix is hungry for something else.

“I will feed you.” I promise her. “But you must stay quiet.”

I drag my right hand up her body as I straighten, forcing her to let go of my horns.

We hold eye contact as I glide my hand over her hip. Her waist. I palm her breast through her thin shirt, then move up her neck until my hand is over her mouth. My thumb on one cheek, my fingers on the other as I grip her face.

“Open.”

Nix parts her lips, and I tilt my hand, pushing the spot between my thumb and pointer finger into her mouth.

“Bite.”
