"I saw your ass," I grumbled, crossing my arms over my chest. "Thrusting into my sister." My whole body shivered at the mental image that would be forever ingrained into my brain.
"Oh my god, Walk. Get over it. You didn't see me naked or anything. You're fine. And you can look at me." Addison waved her hands in front of my face.
"I can't look at you the same, Adds. I need time," I said dramatically, slapping her hands away. "Can't you guys fuck in your bedroom behind closed doors like normal people?" I said, referencing the time we all found out they’d fucked in the bathroom at Hops & Hills. This town was small…people talked.
Addison laughed. "We have demanding schedules, got to fit it in when we can." She shrugged.
"I could have been a client, or Levi!"
"But you weren't." Dean smirked.
I shoved Dean. "Fuck off, you're on my shit list for at least a week." Dean just continued to laugh.
Glad he found this so fucking funny!
"All right, I've got to actually go do my job since I was here for a farm call. Do you want me to do Willow's vaccinations first, baby?" he asked my sister.
Addison nodded. "Yeah, that works. I'll grab Tank from the pasture, and you can do his next." Then Addison decided to be the worst sister of all time, and walked over to Dean, placing her hand on his chest before she pulled his mouth to hers. She ran her fingers through his hair, and the fucker actually moaned, before shoving his tongue further down my sister's throat while they were all of five feet from me.
Assholes.
"All right, we get it, you're in love. Fucking separate, you horny bastards," I said, pushing them apart while they both laughed. After Dean left, I sat down in the chair across from Addison's desk and motioned for her to sit down.
I leveled her with a glare. "I'm telling Heather that you fucked Dean in her horse's stall. Poor Tank."
"You wouldn't dare." She narrowed her eyes.
"Try me!" I countered.
"You're so dramatic. ANYWAY. Why are you even here? It’s your own damn fault you walked in on us; you could’ve called first." She crossed her arms over her chest.
"I talked to Farrah last night. We actually hung out for a bit at the winery."
Addison's eyes softened as she uncrossed her arms. "Ah, Walk! That's amazing. How did it go?"
I smiled. "It went really well, actually. We both apologized and decided to start fresh as friends, and then just caught up on life. It was cool to hear her talk about her daughter and her business. I'm proud of her."
Addison nodded, her emerald eyes shining.
"Are you going to cry?" I chuckled.
"I'm just so happy you guys are finally moving on, that's all. It's been a long time." She gave me a wobbly smile.
I nodded. "Me too. Thanks for the push."
Addison stood up from her desk and came around to give me a hug, but I held my hands up and backed away from her.
"No! Nope! I'm still traumatized. Do not touch me! Not after what I just witnessed. I'm sending you my therapy bill." She continued her approach toward me, arms wide, a shit-eating grin on her face.
I did the only logical thing at that moment. Dodged her advances and bolted out of her office and off her property.
Note to self: NEVER go to her farm on Mondays without calling her first.
Chapter 15
Farrah
Goddamnit. Why did they make hair ties for children so fucking tiny?? I’d been working on an 'Elsa' braid that Hadley insisted I put in her hair for the last ten minutes, but every time I went to tie it off, the tiny little fucker launched off my fingers.
