“You are strong.” He whispers sternly, and my breath hitches and my chest burns.
“I am strong.” I turn towards his voice, tears pricking at my eyes.
Drogo’s hand moves my face back towards the mirror, forcing me to confront myself. “Tell yourself, not me.”
“I am strong.” A single tear hits the tile with a wet smack.
“Good, you are not broken.” Closing my eyes for a moment to stave off more tears, my lip quivers. “You are not broken.” He repeats again with more force.
“I am not broken.” Staring back at the woman before me, I shake off the past memories. I am no longer that girl. Wiping my hand across my eyes, I say it again, forcing myself to believe my words this time. “I am not broken.”
“Good girl. You make your own path.” His words ignite a fire in my belly.
“I make my own path.” Standing firm, my words come out with more bite this time. Drogo’s hands rub my arms as his warm breath tickles my neck.
“You know what you need, Jade. You know what your client needs. No one can make that decision but the two of you.” He gives my arms a gentle squeeze, then turns me, cupping my cheeks in his claws.
“As much as I would love to play with you, our session has come to an end.” Drogo’s eyes flash with a different heat. Admittedly, there’s a tingle of want. I would absolutely fuck Drogo if my mind weren’t so wrapped up in a certain satyr. I’ve heard about his situation downstairs, and to say I’m intrigued is an understatement. He smirks as my eyes briefly glance downward for a hint of truth behind the rumors.
“The rumors are true.” He smirks before walking me over to my things. “You know where to find me, Jade.” His wings twitch as his eyes graze over my body. I return the smirk before slipping my shoes back on, tossing a wink over my shoulder as the door closes.
It’s time to get ready for my session with Fylis.
Chapter 13
Jade
My body itches, waiting for Fylis to arrive. My mind is racing a mile a minute as I review the activities I’ve planned for tonight. Fylis mentioned he was interested in bondage, so I’ve added a few ropes, including my favorite pink silk ribbons. Remembering how his skin twitched beneath the feather brings a smile to my face, my core heating. A paddle and eye mask join the ropes sitting prettily beside them, and just in case he’s feeling extra adventurous, I’ve brought out something extra special.
I look at the clock on the wall, and the time reads seven fifty. I have a few extra minutes to grab a quick drink to calm my nerves, which are buzzing wildly. When I step out of my room, a massive naga slams into me.
“Hey! Watch it!” I snarl, grabbing my shoulder as it aches. His yellow eyes peer angrily at me before a hand clasps around my throat, shoving me back into my room, only he doesn’t let go once I’m in. His tail flicks the door closed behind us as the auto lock engages.
“You’re pretty, but mouthy. I ssshould teach you a lesssson.”
His tongue flicks out against my cheek as I gather the strength to push him back. His hand slips as he slides across the tile into the door with a loud thump. I scramble across the floor toward my panic button, but a scaly appendage grabs my ankle, dragging me further away.
“Let go!” Kicking at him, my heel flies off, hitting him in the face. He lets go of my ankle, and I finally reach my button, hitting it firmly. The naga catches up, pinning me to the floor as his tongue traces my neck.
“You’re going to regret doing that.” He hisses mere centimeters from my face, fangs glistening in the light. Panic engulfs me as I silently plead for security to arrive. His cock glides out of his slit, and he tugs at the zipper of my body suit, only making it a few inches before the door swings open.
“Get the fuck off of her!” Orlan, one of the security guards, has the naga by his neck within seconds, dragging him off me. Drogo follows behind, picking me up off the floor, holding me close while checking me over for injuries. Tears fall steadily as I gasp, my body shaking violently.
“I-I-”
“Shhh. You’re ok. You’re safe.” Drogo moves me over to the couch, the light fully coming on as a small crowd gathers to see what’s happened. My eyes feel a pull, and I turn my head to see Fylis standing at my door with his troll friend.
“Jade!” He shouts as he’s held back by employees. I peel my eyes away as a sob wracks my chest. Drogo holds me to my chest, yelling at everyone to leave and give us space.
“Wait-” I plead as he pulls back, searching my face. “Please let Fylis in.”
“Jade, I don’t think that’s a good idea. Let reception reschedule him.” He attempts to talk me out of it gently, but I don’t budge.
“Please, Drogo. I need this.” He furrows his brow but concedes, standing and exiting the room. Three knocks follow a few minutes later before the door slowly opens. His hooves click against the tile as he rushes to me in silence, pulling me into his chest.
“Fuck, are you ok? I was so scared.” Fylis holds me tightly, his breath tickling my ear. The feeling is soothing, and my body instantly relaxes in his hold.
“I’m ok. It was scary, but I’m ok. I promise.” I wrap my arms around his waist and inhale his scent. Earthy woods with a hint of spice hit me, and I moan. Fylis’s body tenses, and he freezes, well, most of him freezes. He goes to move away to hide his erection, but I pull him closer to me.
