that even possible? This woman drives me crazy.

“What’s on the menu, Chef Sanders?” she asks me as she pulls my shirt over her head. Damn, she

looks good in my clothes. Her face clearly says she’s just been thoroughly fucked, and my stupid

caveman pride spikes knowing that I did that to her.

“Well, I’m no Wes,” I tell her, missing how Wes used to cook for us all the time when we all lived

together. “But I can scramble some eggs and try not to burn some toast.”

She laughs, and my cock instantly stirs in my sweatpants. Everything this woman does is an instant

turn-on for me. I should have put my briefs on. The thin material of these pants isn’t going to hide

anything.

“Beggars can’t be choosers, I guess,” she says. I open the door and escort her out to the kitchen.

Sadie and Liam are under a blanket watching TV. Liam nods at us in greeting before his eyes go back

to the TV. Sadie looks at me with pure judgment. She knows what Celine and I have been doing all

night, and she’s not happy. I don’t really care that she’s not happy, but I’m not looking forward to the

little speech she’s going to give me the minute Celine leaves. Another reason Celine should never

leave.

Celine gives each of them a small smile before she slides onto a barstool at the kitchen counter.

I’m sure she feels a little awkward around my roommates. Sadie wasn’t exactly giving off friendly

vibes when she opened the door for Celine yesterday. And Celine has to know that they both heard us

having sex. There is no way they didn’t. Not with these thin-ass walls and the fact that she’s wearing

my clothes.

I heat a skillet on the stove and crack some eggs into a bowl. I throw in a little milk before mixing

the eggs and pouring them into the hot pan.

“Do you want cheese in your eggs?” I ask after putting a few pieces of bread in the toaster.

“Yes. The answer is always yes for cheese.” I should’ve known.

I finish up the eggs and load them with cheese. I pop the toaster up before it burns the bread, grab

the butter and jelly from the fridge, and sit in front of Celine with her plate.

“Do you have any peanut butter?” she asks.

“Yeah, but what do you need that for?”

“Um, my toast,” she says. Her eyebrows raise as if to say, “Duh.” I grab the jar of peanut butter

and put it in front of her.
