The ache has already started easing.
I lift my hips again.
Gavin’s hand clamps around my thigh.
“Hannah.”
“I’m okay.”
His eyes open.
I hold his gaze.
“I want you.”
That does it.
He kisses me as he pushes deeper, taking more of me until the stretch turns sharp again and I gasp into his mouth.
He stops.
Waits.
Then moves when I pull him closer.
By the time his hips finally meet mine, I am breathing hard against his shoulder.
Gavin is completely still.
Inside me.
All of him.
The thought alone nearly makes my brain short-circuit.
“Jesus,” I whisper.
His mouth presses against my temple.
“You good?”
I test the feeling by moving my hips.
Gavin’s entire body locks.
That answers several questions.
“Yes.”
His hand tightens on my thigh.
“Better than good?”
I look at him.
“Are you fishing for compliments right now?”
His hips pull back.
