“I’m here, my neshama.”

“Mmmmm… hold me.”

“Always.” It was definitely too soon to promise anything. But he could store up the sentiments until the right time. Knowing Levi, he would probably blurt it out when neither of them were expecting it anyway.

He leaned forward to snag the glass of water from the coffee table. He’d gotten a few things ready while Levi was in the bathroom, giving him plenty of time to plan the scene.

“Water?”

Levi looked surprised, then seemed to identify the cup in front of him. He opened his mouth and Saul helped him drink, both of them holding the glass together.

“I brought over the mango juice, too, if you want some.”

Levi started to shake his head.

“The sugar would be good for you.”

He nodded.

It took a bit more maneuvering, but Saul got the mango juice poured into the other glass and lifted it to Levi’s lips.

“Thank you, Daddy. That’s good.”

“Well, you deserve lots of treats. You were beautiful for me. My simcha.” That was what Levi was. His joy.

Levi nuzzled against his chest. “That was so good I can’t even believe it was real.”

“Was it as good as your fantasies?”

“A thousand times better.”

“Is this what you’re going to expect every time that we watch a movie now?”

Levi grinned up at him. “Every time.”

“Greedy, needy boy,” Saul told him fondly.

Levi smiled back, but it was interrupted by a yawn.

“Do you want to go take a real nap?”

“Don’t want to move. Nap here.”

That was probably part of the fantasy, but it would likely get uncomfortable quickly. “What if I held you in bed?”

“Mmmm… OK.”

Saul eased them both up and guided Levi toward the bedroom. After he pulled back the covers, Levi collapsed on the mattress. He held out a desperate arm when Saul stepped away.

“Shhhhh… my motek. I’m just getting the blankets sorted. And I need to take out your plug.”

He gently worked out the stiff silicone and tossed it into the bathroom sink to clean later. Right now, he needed to be back with his boy. In the bedroom, he shucked off most of his clothes.

Levi’s eyes were already closed, so he risked taking off his binder, which had been killing his ribs today, and then slipping his t-shirt back on. The exposure made him uncomfortable in a different way, but he couldn’t exactly sleep with it on all the time. And he intended to sleep next to Levi a lot.

Trust.

He might not be comfortable with his own body, but he had to trust that Levi could handle it.
