Declan: You trying to embarrass me in front of the whole world?

Tyler: Everyone can already see it, Dec. You wore the blue suit.

Tyler: Just some motivation to do well. It’s all yours.

Declan: Yeah it is. I’m gonna make you feel so good, babe.

I leaned over my phone, hoping the people around me couldn’t see the pic I could see was loading.

Not a pic, a gif.

Of a blond twink getting railed by a muscled Black guy.

Tonight can’t come fast enough.

Declan’s last throw was close to his best ever. Two hundred thirty-one feet. He was still in the lead and Ulisses was the only one that could beat it. I could tell Declan was nervous. He always squatted and put his hands in front of his face over his nose and mouth while he watched. That’s what he was doing now. When Ulisses let go of the javelin, Declan would stand up to look at the field, trying to judge the distance before the officials called out the measurement, with Yuri standing beside him.

It was Ulisses’ best throw and I watched it plant itself in the ground. It was close enough to Declan’s that I couldn’t tell. I’d have to wait for the measurement.

Two hundred twenty-four feet. Good enough for second place for javelin, but it kept him in first place. I understood that pesky point system enough to know that the results narrowed Ulisses’ lead, but not by much since their best throws were so close to each other. It would take something drastic in the 1500m race for Declan to win the championship and come away with the title. And a minimum of thirty minutes had to pass between events, so that’s how long everyone had to wait. The finals for the women’s 800m had just started, so I took the opportunity to go to the bathroom.

Declan: Thanks, babe. Your ass gave me an extra boost.

Declan: Got anything for the mile?

I rolled my eyes. He’d seen it all anyway, but I was, of course, going to humor him because I was an amazing boyfriend.

The facilities here were state-of-the-art. The program said the stadium was completely remodeled a few years ago and regularly hosted football games. I assumed that meant soccer. Since it was nowhere near close to a capacity crowd today, the bathrooms felt almost barren. I found a larger stall and set my phone up on the toilet paper dispenser.

I pulled my shirt off and hung it on the hook on the door, then pulled my pants and briefs down. My dick was already half-hard at the prospect of taking this for him, so I didn’t need to fluff. I set the timer for five seconds, clicked the shutter and put my hands against the opposite wall, arching my back. With my ass perked up and out, I turned my head to look over my shoulder at the camera and smiled. I took a few, just in case, but the first one was perfect.

Tyler: How’s this?

I didn’t have to wait long.

Declan: New wallpaper.

Declan: Also, you are a beautiful man. I need to tell you that more.

Declan: I’m lucky to call you my boyfriend.

Declan: xoxo

Whoa, that’s unusually sentimental.

I wondered what was up with that for a second, but I didn’t want to dwell on it. I loved hearing it and I was beginning to think that I loved Declan. I had never used that word with anyone other than my family. No girl I had dated in high school or since had ever had me thinking about it. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised I was having these thoughts with the first man I dated, but here I was. The L word was floating around in my head and that was huge.

Tyler: How do you know you’re in love?

Luke: Declan’s doing that well, huh?

Luke: I’m assuming you feel differently about Declan than anyone else you’ve ever dated, but you’re wondering if it’s because he’s the first guy you’ve been with.

Tyler: Totally.

Luke: Well, you have two options…

Luke: Date another guy…
