“Don’t start that again! Let's at least move to the bed.” Zach stepped out of the shower to towel off, so I turned off the water and followed him.

“Speaking of Jake, have you heard from him lately?” I asked.

“Nope. Kind of weird, right?”

“I’m here.”

“There’s your answer,” Zach said.

I watched his ass as he walked out. It was hot, but I had little desire to fuck Zach. Honestly, looking back at my sex life, I had little desire to fuck anyone. After Jake’s exploration of my ass was any indication, I wanted to be the one getting fucked.

By the time I was dry and my teeth were brushed, Zach was already in my bed. He held the covers up as I approached.

It was my turn to ask a question. “We’re your first then?”

“Yes.”

“Why’d you pick us anyway?”

“This used to be my room. I think it had to be you.”

“Oh, that’s so sweet,” I said.

“Sounds like a line from Love Actually.”

“It’s actually the title of a Frank Sinatra song.”

“I thought you died in the nineties, how do you know Frank Sinatra?” Zach asked.

“I think the better question is how do you not?”

“How did you know he died in the nineties?” I asked Zach.

“When I found out his name, I looked up the names of the guys that died in the accident. Jake was one of them, so I just assumed.”

“Oh.” I had never even thought to do that. “What happened back then Jake?”

Silence.

“Jake, you there?”

“The short version is I tried to break up a fight and the balcony railing broke. All three of us fell.”
