Boone almost smiled.
“You want me to bury Kane in bubbles?”
“I want you to blind his men and choke the helicopter’s intake.”
“That sounds less fun.”

Boone crawled toward the control panel.

Two frightened boys.
Another nurse.
Two soldiers forced Samir’s stretcher toward the helicopter.
Kane stood behind them.
Gun in hand.
Watching.
