Turning around he gives me a smile. “I like the idea,” leaning down he gives me kiss on the lips. Every time he kisses me I feel a tingle through my body. “Ready to get cold?” he asks wrapping his arm around my waist as we walk in.
“I booked us a slot this morning, so we wouldn’t have to wait.”
Jackson talks to the women behind the desk and I watch him. He wasn’t happy that I had already booked them when I told him. He wanted to pay but I told him that I’m not the type of girl that’s going to cry if he doesn’t pay every time.
We sit in the waiting area, and I look through the menu.
“Want anything to drink?” Jackson asks, as he sits next to me.
“I would love the KING OF THE JUNGLE.” I give him a wink, putting the menu on the table.
“Oh, would you?”
“Well, you did say you would make me scream,” I say teasing him.
“Oh, I will, don’t worry about that,” he says walking away from me to order our drinks. I take my phone out to see what we can do next, as we won’t be here long.
“What are you looking for?” Jackson says sitting back down next to me.
“What to do after this. You want to do anything?” I ask him.
Leaning back into him he wraps his arm around me so that his hand is placed on my upper thigh. “I really don’t mind, walk around, theme park, zoo, food,” Jackson says giving my neck a kiss.
I start scrolling through my phone to see what we can do, I want something fun but at the same time it has to be something where we can get to know each other. “How about the zoo? I’ve not been there for a while now.”
I look at him looking at my phone. “What’s your favourite animal?” I ask him.
“The Falcon, they are free, but still go for what they want. What about you?”
“The giraffes…” I stop as the man calls our time slot and a group of us walk over to him.
I look at Jackson wearing the massive blue winter coat, then he starts laughing as I wear mine. “I think you could fit three of you in there, shall we?” Again, he opens the door for me, he really is a gentleman.
I follow Jackson into the bar, oh fuck it’s cold in here. I look around at the ice chairs, and statues, this is amazing. Jackson pulls me closer to him, then pulls out his phone to take a picture. We spend the time slowly walking around to get some pictures with everything, it’s not very big at all, but I have to say this is amazing, and I have to bring Taylor next time.
Arriving at London Zoo, Jackson takes my hand in his and I can’t help but smile at him. The Icebar was so much fun, and at the end of the forty minutes I was starting to get really cold, but it was worth it, as Jackson cuddled with me for about half an hour to warm me up, totally worth getting cold for.
“So which animal first?” Jackson asks as I look down at the map to see where everything is.
“We have to stop at the gift shop, but first we can go left or right and just walk around,” I say looking back down at the map.
“Let’s go right.” He starts to walk pulling me along with him. We walk around the Zoo and Jackson takes pictures of us with the animals and tells me how he can’t tell Maisy that he came here without her as she will not be his friend, which makes me like him even more. He thinks about his family a lot. I tell him that we would have to bring her next time or go to Chessington Park as they have rides there.
“Look at the elephants.” I point to them, they are big. “Take a selfie, that one’s not moving.” I look at Jackson just watching me.
Turning around, he takes a picture, then looks at it. “Well, we know why he wasn’t moving, he was in the middle of taking a shit.” Jackson shows me the picture and I burst out laughing. The picture was taken at the perfect timing, just as it’s coming out of the elephant. My sides start to hurt from laughing so much.
“Can you send that to me, so I can send it to Taylor. She is going to love this,” I say trying to get my breathing back to normal.
“You have the cutest laugh,” I hear Jackson say, making me look at him. “So where to now?” he asks quickly, and I let it be, mainly because I don’t have a quick reply for him.
“Let’s just walk around.”
We go into the creepy crawlies which isn’t my favourite part, but Jackson seems to really like it. I just hope he doesn’t have any in his house or my apartment is where we will be spending most of our time together.
“Well, there must be a show happening over there, want to go watch?” Jackson asks.
I look over to where he is pointing and see the gorillas. “Sure.” We both walk over and see some of the people laughing. I look up at Jackson who’s trying to see what the show is about, being taller than me he will see before I do, but then some people move out the way, and I’m gob-smacked at what I’m seeing, no words are leaving my mouth at all.
“Well, that sure is a show,” Jackson says through laughter, causing me to look up at him. “I might have to be a bit more gentle tonight though.” He gives me a wink then looks back at the two gorillas have sex, and not in the corner or behind a tree. No, they are up close to the glass, so we can all see everything they are doing.
“I feel bad watching them doing it,” I tell Jackson. I would hate for someone to be watching me.
“Come on then, let’s let them hit the finish line without us watching,” Jackson says while laughing, and I look at him, trying very hard to hold my laughter but just looking at him makes me start laughing. “Come on it’s getting late. So back to mine or yours?” Jackson asks as we walk to the gift shop.
“Mine if that’s okay. I have to be up early to make some chocolate bars,” I say looking at the mugs. I always pick a new mug when I go to gift shops, it’s my thing.
Today has been so nice with Jackson, spending the day with him and getting to see him for him and not the gay guy I thought or sexy singer. I’m happy that he tried hard to prove himself to me, and I’m even happy he texted me that night at the bar.
