“I know, it’s a reaction.”
Bram stopped but regretted it when she sat up with a giggled sigh, her knees on either side of his hips. Feeling her warm heat against his dick was heaven and hell at the same time. His hands skimmed her muscled thighs, her hands landed on his chest. God, he wanted to kiss her, to taste her again, to feel her body as it squeezed his cock as she came apart.
Aoife rocked against his hard dick, and he cursed, the feeling so good and knowing how spectacular it was between them.
“Aoife, I’m only human. So if you don’t want me to pin you to this cold ground and make you scream with my tongue on that tight pussy, then I suggest you move.”
He saw the desire darken her eyes and then the reality of where they were seemed to come to her, and she stood slowly. Bram took her hand as she reached to pull him up and used it to pull her against his chest. “Slow, remember,” he murmured against her lips.
“I know, but it feels so natural with you.”
“I know it does, baby, so let it go at its own pace. No rush, no expectations. Let’s just do what feels right.”
“Can I kiss you?”
Bram cocooned her in his arms, his palms resting on her lower back as he smirked down at her. “You can kiss me any damn time you please.”
“Good.”
Then he felt her lips brush against his, tentative at first, nothing like the woman he’d met at the pub, who had seemed so sure of what she wanted. This Aoife was cautious as if she was learning what she liked and who she was for the first time instead of playing a role assigned to her. He was happy to let her experiment, to find out who she was because he knew who she was inside, and this morning had only solidified how he felt for her.
He let her take the lead at first, her head slanting as she deepened the connection, her tongue moving against his as she became more confident. When her hands gripped his back he took over, guiding her, taking the kiss deeper. His teeth nipped at her bottom lip, making her gasp and push closer to his body until they were both moaning and desperate for more. Wanting to honour her wishes, he pulled away and buried his head in her neck, nipping the skin with his teeth making her yelp.
“Minx, you’re trying to kill me.”
“Never, but I do think we should get out of these clothes.” Bram’s face lit up and she laughed. “Not like that, but because we stink of god knows what.”
Bram looked down at his clothes and grimaced. “Good idea. Then we can go into the village and get some lunch.”
Aoife wrinkled her nose and knocked her head against his shoulder as they walked back to the castle hand in hand. “Sounds good.”
Stumbling in through the boot room, they were met by Lana and Snow who were just coming in through the library door.
Lana rushed to him, excitement on her face. “Oh my god, Bram. You won’t believe this, but you know that picture in the library above the fire?”
“The one that looks like the kids did it at nursery?”
Lana shook her head then nodded. “Yes, that one. Well, you won’t believe this, but Snow says it an original Jackson Pollock and worth millions.”
Bram glanced at Snow who confirmed it. “No way. That piece of crap? I could paint better than that.”
“Neanderthal, you wouldn’t know art if it bit you on the ass.”
He could tell Snow wasn’t impressed as she took her art very seriously. “Maybe, but I know what I like.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever.”
“Well, if you’re happy then that’s great but you might want to let the insurance people know and have it verified by an appraiser.”
“Oh, god you’re right. I need to get on that now.”
Lana rushed down the hallway as fast as her pregnant belly allowed, and he wondered if she slowed down even long enough to give birth or if she was issuing orders from her bed as she pushed.
“Not to be a bitch or anything but you two stink!” Snow was backing away from them, and it only made Aoife laugh, making him laugh too. “Okay, I have no idea what is going on here but you two have obviously found some crazy mushrooms out in the wilderness. I’ll be in the library when you’re ready to go into town.”
“We’ll be about half an hour. Is Titan back yet?”
“Yeah, he went back to the house to change as he slipped in some mud.”
