“Lick that bead off.”

Glaring at him, I obeyed.

“Shouldn’t you go find your wife?”

He raised an eyebrow.

“I’ll go when I’m ready. Now I want this soaked in.”

His balls were slamming me under the chin, and he released a rope of cum directly onto my face, splattering my hair, soaking into my cheeks, and dripping down to my mouth.

With hard, rough fingers he pressed it into my skin and I could only stare open-mouthed at him as Pippa screeched somewhere in the background.

“Look how pretty this cream is. It’ll keep you beautiful. Now, behave yourself.”

“I hate you!”

“We’ll talk about that later. Enjoy your new perfume.”

As soon as he left, I headed over to the coffee shop.

“Hi, Sosie, really happy you could meet me here.”

I had zero interest in Hayden, but the fact that it would piss Granger off was reason enough for me to agree.

And I didn’t want to think about who or what did have my interest.

Not the psychopath who had hired a man to pretend to be my boyfriend, that was for sure. . .

“Did I see you and Granger going into the Fun House together?” Hayden asked.

“No,” I said.

“Are you sure?”

“Absolutely positive.”

“Well, good. Because there’s something you need to know about Granger.”

Chapter Nine

“What?” I asked, trying in vain to bring down my heart rate.

“There’s. . .been questions about him.”

“What kind of questions?”

“Who is he? Where did he come from? We can’t ask Pippa for—reasons, of course.”

“What reasons?”

“She’s—she’s usually such a sensible woman. But she just doesn’t think logically about him.”

Right. Because Granger didn’t show her any part of his real self.

“Why are you telling me?”

“Because it seemed like you were—close to him. Back in the day.”
