“Nice to know you guys made your own fun after I got knocked out.”
I shoot off the couch and grab his face, pressing my lips to his. Relief washes through me as he kisses me back.
“Fuck, Arlo, I was worried.”
He snorts a laugh, pulling away to look down at Karma still wrapping her arms around his waist. “Yeah, I can see that.”
“How much did you see?”
Karma looks up at me and smirks, and Arlo’s devious expression matches hers. She knew he was there. She heard him wake up and come out to watch us. I was too engulfed in pussy to notice.
“You two are dangerous together.”
Arlo laughs and presses a kiss to the top of her head. She seems to like it when he kisses her body, but I don’t think she’s been kissed on the mouth yet.
“I knew you’d come around, big bro. She’s pretty irresistible,” Arlo says. His face contorts as he grabs the back of his head and winces. “That clown really did a number on me.”
“Come,” Karma demands, dragging Arlo by the hand and shoving him to sit on the couch. She tilts his head and examines the back of it, using her long nails to navigate through his curls. “It’s not bleeding anymore. I’m sssorry, Arlo.”
He grabs her hand. “Why are you sorry?”
“Sssspiral punched you because of me.”
“Untrue,” I interject. “Spiral punched Arlo because he’s jealous. He wants you, Karma.”
She shakes her head quickly, the bells jingling. “He wants me dead.”
Arlo and I exchange a look. What I saw was definitely jealousy.
“He wouldn’t have licked your pussy if he didn’t want you in some capacity.”
Arlo looks down at her and raises an eyebrow. “He… ate you out?” She nods confidently. “I can’t say I’m surprised.”
“You’re not angry? About any of this? About me and her?” I ask.
Karma pulls an obvious face of confusion. “Why would he be mad?”
I smirk down at her. “Most people see one person at a time.”
“Most,” Arlo repeats. “We’re not most. Are we, Soul Guardian?”
I barely manage to stop myself from rolling my eyes and instead wrap my arm around his shoulders. “No, we’re not, Pipsqueak.”
“Sssso you don’t mind?”
His blonde curls bounce as he shakes his head. “I can’t say I’m not a little jealous about the Spiral and Soren thing, but who am I to tell you who you can and can’t see? Besides, I liked watching you two on the couch. I’ll bring popcorn next time. But what’s your plan now, Karma?”
“I was going to ssstay until I knew you were okay,” she whispers. “But I’m worried about Soren. Ssspiral will be angry.”
“Do you want us to come back to the circus with you?” I offer, and Arlo smiles at me. I guess I’m coming around to more than I thought.
Karma shakes her head, regardless.
“I will go on my own. I can deal with Ssspiral.”
I don’t like the thought of Karma on her own with that evil bastard, but if there’s anyone who can handle him, it’s her.
“There’s still a pretty big elephant in the room,” I announce.
