JASON
I stared into my closet, evaluating options I'd already considered a million times. Anything I wore would be fine, but I wanted to look good in case any new Littles showed up.
The Big Little Rave only happened twice a year, and it was one of the most popular events that Primal put on. Strobe lights got the brats moving while a wall of stuffed animals, glowing pacifiers, and a nursing station kept the Littles occupied. The best part of attending was that I didn't need to plan or prepare anything for the night.
I didn’t have to pump before I went because there would be a line of Littles waiting for their turn to drink from the tap. Now and then, a few of the tops liked to partake too. It didn’t matter much to me who enjoyed what I had to offer. It was a casual exchange with a bonus of finding relief and getting some cuddles in.
As a Daddy without a boy, cuddles were hard to come by. Tonight, I was looking forward to a ton of them.
I decided on a black button-down. It was comfortable and would allow easy access throughout the event. I put the shirt and my favorite jeans on and was ready to go.
"Looking sharp, Jay. They’re gonna be all over you." Beau was leaning against the doorframe with a grin. He was dressed in a flannel and jeans. A slightly more casual version of my outfit. It was a lot pricier, though. Beau was all about the best of the best when it came to his clothes.
"You're early."
"You said seven. It's seven." He held up his wrist and tapped it. "Don't tell me you're stressing over your ‘fit."
"I’m not stressing." I turned around slowly to give him the full effect. "Just wanna look good."
"Dude, you could show up in ratty sweats and flipflops and still have everyone in there climbing you like a tree." Beau came in and sat on the edge of my bed. "Everyone loves you. Almost as much as they love me."
“Yeah, yeah.” It was nice to hear, but it didn’t mean much when the admiration was just for a night. Lots of guys wanted to have fun and get a taste, but I longed for more than a night.
I grabbed my keys off the dresser and nodded toward the door. “Let’s get outta here.”
"Right behind you, Daddy." Beau stood up and clapped me on my shoulder. "Your fans are waiting."
I laughed and shook my head. He had just as many fans, but he didn’t make milk. They liked him for his presence and his looks. Me? They liked me for what my body could naturally do. I wasn’t one of the Lactin Brotherhood who was embarrassed that I could produce milk. I loved it. It was a special trait that most of the other Doms couldn’t claim.
I was the designated driver since I shouldn’t drink when I was nursing Littles. It wasn’t an across-the-board rule, but it was one I personally had. People couldn’t drink responsibly if they didn’t know how much they were consuming. And while not all the alcohol hit my milk, enough of it did that I wasn’t willing to risk that for anyone who wanted to partake.
Primal did have a hard rule about drug use and milk at these events. It was one thing if a Daddy and their Little decided it was for them and quite another to have it be a surprise.
Since Beau lived next door, it was easier for us to take one car. You wouldn’t know he was a neighbor and not a roommate the way he randomly showed up in my place. But that was Beau, and I didn’t mind. It was nice to have him nearby and really nice to have him at his place when he had company. And that was his goal for the night. If that happened, they’d catch a rideshare. At least that was how it had gone in the past.
While I drove, Beau went on and on about a Little he'd been messaging. The guy kept canceling on him at the last minute. At least he respected him enough not to make up outlandish excuses. Usually it was, “I’m not feeling the vibe” or “I have too many Big things to deal with.” I’d take that over a ton of work emergencies. To me, it sounded like he just wasn’t that into Beau, but I tried to be a good listener and to sound sympathetic and interested.
“Maybe tonight will be your lucky night?” It probably would, but not with that guy.
He laughed. “Oh, I’ll get lucky, but tonight is your night, my friend. You always get pick of the Littles, and I’ll just stand back and pick up your dregs.”
Getting attention while the milk was flowing was hardly the same thing as getting lucky. I punched his side and chuckled. “They’re not dregs, asshole. They’re sweet. All of ‘em.”
“True. I’m the dreg. I can’t give them milk but they still settle for a ride on Daddy Beau.”
My mind was already at Primal, imagining the new faces that might show up. I expected to see several regulars, but these nights were a draw for newbies. Sweet guys who wanted to mingle with other subs and Littles, and maybe meet a Daddy, as well as others who were milk-curious all tended to attend.
Every time I came, I hoped to meet someone who'd curl up in my lap for a drink and a connection would form. Just like that. Boom. Insta connection. Magic or fate or just old-fashioned love at first sight? I wasn’t picky.
I just wanted to find the right boy who would let me take care of him. Maybe someday.
"Quit it,” Beau said.
"Quit what?" I rolled to a stop at a light and turned to him.
"You’re getting all in your head…probably worrying about going home alone."
