Luca meets up with us, pulling Isla into his side and pressing a kiss to her head. “How are you, ladies?”
“Hot,” Juni complains. “You need to install that roof so we can get some shade.”
Luca just chuckles. “Sure. I’ll get right on that.” He turns to me. “Hi, Olivia. Foxxy did great today, you must be proud.”
The way everyone has so easily accepted my relationship with Denver and Griffin still catches me by surprise sometimes, but it’s getting easier. My smile comes quickly as I nod.
“More like relieved. I know he was cleared to play, but”—I wince—“I need for him to never get injured again. He’s a giant baby.”
Everyone laughs at that, just in time for the locker room doors to open and the players to come spilling out. My two men make a beeline for me, Griffin pulling me in for a hug a fraction of a second before Denver.
“Hey, baby.” His quiet strength seeps into me as it always does, settling and grounding me.
“Good game,” I say, tipping my chin up for his kiss. “Your butt looked great.” He laughs, low and deep, before kissing me again and releasing me.
“Pixie girl!” I’m being lifted and swung around in a circle by Denver the next second as I swat at his shoulder.
“Put me down,” I protest, knowing it’s pointless.
But to my surprise, he does. Only to dip me backward over his arm and kiss me deeply.
“Get a room, you three,” Cal says in a booming voice full of laughter, but Denver ignores him and keeps on kissing me until I push against his chest.
“Okay, okay.” I laugh as he brings me upright. I look into his eyes, hoping he can see my happiness and pride, and most of all, my love. “You did good out there.”
He’s always smiling, but there’s a special warmth to it when he’s smiling at me. And that warmth is there now. “Thanks.” He pecks another kiss to my lips before turning to face the others, draping his arm over my shoulder. “So, where are we going to celebrate my triumphant return?”
Later that night, we finally return home to the adorable little three-bedroom house we recently moved into together. We decided sharing one house made more sense than continuing to pay rent on two places, but neither of our apartments was big enough for all three of us, plus Trip. Or more accurately, neither place had a bedroom big enough for the massive California king-size bed Denver and Griffin insisted we buy.
That bed is in my room, and the guys each have their own space as well. Not that they use those beds all that often. In fact, I use them more than they do. See, when we’re all home, we pile into the giant bed in my room. But when they travel on road trips, that bed is far too lonely and empty for just me. So I take turns sleeping in their rooms, wearing their clothes. I felt a bit silly at first, but when I found out how much it turned both of them on, well, I kept doing it.
But we’re all here tonight. And I’ve got one thought on my mind. Something we’ve talked about and worked up to for months, but haven’t ever actually done…
I’m done waiting to have them both inside me at the same time.
It seems to take an eternity to let Trip out and go through the motions of locking up the house for the night, but finally, we move as one up the stairs to the bedroom. I shut the door with Trip out in the hall. “Sorry bud, not tonight,” I whisper.
When I turn back around, both men are looking at me. Griffin with that calm, focused look that makes my stomach tighten, and Denver with that easy smile that promises he’ll always make me feel happy and loved. My pulse is racing, not from nerves, but with anticipation.
“I don’t want to wait anymore,” I say softly. “Tonight, I want both of you. All of you.”
Denver’s jaw goes slack. “Pix.” His voice roughens around the word. “You sure? Because once we start—”
“I’m sure.”
Griffin crosses the distance between us in three quick strides and cups my face in both hands, tilting my chin up until I’m looking directly at him. “If it gets to be too much, you tell us, and we stop. No hesitation.”
“I know.”
“No.” His thumbs brush over my cheeks. “I need to hear you say it.”
I lean into his touch automatically. “I promise. I’ll tell you if it’s too much.”
Some of the tension leaves his face at that, but not all of it. Always my protector. Denver steps up behind me, his mouth grazing the side of my neck, and I feel his grin against my skin.
“Griff’s right,” he says. “There’s no rush.”
“I don’t want to rush,” I admit, reaching back to slide my fingers into his hair. “I just…I’m tired of pretending I haven’t been thinking about this constantly.”
