My life is a complete disaster.

Sunlight, the guardian of sinister thoughts.

Today is a new day, with a new purpose, and I’d be lying if I told you I wasn’t crawling under the bed looking for my vibrator in the wee hours of the morning.

I roll my lipstick on and fix my hair, pull on my high heels and rearrange my breasts into my bra before turning and looking at my behind in the mirror.

I’m going to work; I shouldn’t care what I look like because the man in my living room isn’t someone I should be striving to impress…but I just can’t seem to help myself.

And he’s not helping the situation, not one bit.

Valentino’s little porno from last night has done nothing toward quenching my thirst. Instead of sleeping, I tossed and turned and went through what felt like an ovary exorcism. My body was screaming at me to go to him…but of course I didn’t, because that would only show just how weak I am. No, no, no…he is not the kind of man I need in my life. Far from it.

But the messed-up part is, after yesterday and his little dominant neck grab, police dressing-down followed by the perfect masturbating dessert…. He’s more fascinating to me than he ever has been.

I get a vision of him naked and hard last night and my mouth salivates.

So hot.

Valentino Leone is a thirst trap. A giant, huge, orgasmic fucking thirst trap….

One that’s going to drown me if I don’t learn how to build a dam and stop it in its tracks.

Anna, you are stronger than your carnal needs, I tell myself. Ha, who are you kidding.

I’m like putty in his hands.

I make my way out and find him sitting at the table, calm and completely unruffled.

This is fine…. Totally fucking fine.

“Busy day today?” I ask as I sit down at the dining table.

“Uh-huh.” He keeps looking out of the window.

“I won’t be home tonight until later.”

“Why?” He turns to look at me. “Where are you going?”

“It’s my cousin’s birthday and I’m having dinner at my parents’.”

“Oh.” He nods.

“It’s just dinner, nothing special. I’ll be home about ten.”

“Okay.”

“I’ll give you a key if you want to come back here earlier.”

“No it’s okay, I’ll….” He puffs air into his cheeks as if thinking. “I’ll organize for someone to discreetly come with you.”

“Oh.” I hesitate. “I mean, you can come with me if you want.”

“To your parents’?”

As if he wants to come.

“You don’t have to.” I shake my head, embarrassed. “It’s probably going to be boring and my cousin’s boyfriend is so annoying and….”
