I shake my head silently. He’s going to spoil the bunny. It’ll only make it harder on him when we put the bunny through his paces, but I keep my mouth shut. If anything, I’m looking forward to that. It’s like an extra bonus for me. To see Teo crumble as the bunny breaks, both of them forced to turn to me even as I put them through Hell…
Teo grabs an apple as he sits across from me. Rolling my eyes, I stand up and head toward the breakfast buffet that’s left out. I load a plate with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and bacon. Cursing myself, I then make a second plate with sausage instead of the bacon.
Picking up both plates, I head back to the small table, putting one in front of Teo with a grunt and sliding one in the place Luca will sit. Sometimes I’m far too nice. Before I sit down, I refill my cup of coffee because it’s far too close to empty. Unlike Teo and Luca, I don’t bother to doctor it. I prefer it as black as my soul.
Teo is halfway through his plate before Luca rushes in. I note that his hair needs dealing with before we have the auction. It’s become a little too long, although it looks good on him. Hmm… actually, if it’s longer, it would open up some new, fun—for me—avenues.
“So what’s today’s plan? I don’t have any meetings to attend,” Teo asks as he finishes his plate while Luca is still eating his.
I shrug one shoulder and drink the last of my coffee. Setting my cup down, I glance at both men. “Let’s take a look at the auction venue. I think it’s partially finished.”
Luca pauses midbite before wincing as he finishes eating it. He sets his plate to the side as he goes to stand, but Teo taps the table, giving him a warning look. With a huff, Luca finishes the rest of his food under Teo’s silent stare.
I catalogue it all. The way I can use them against each other. Teo’s softness. Luca’s flexibility. It’s all there in ways that I can’t wait to delve into. Perhaps I should worry about myself or be ashamed, but fuck that. In the end, I’ll have them both where I want them. Under me. Torturing each other as I torture them.
It isn’t long before I have them in the SUV headed toward the location Sergio chose. Even I’m unaware of everything that’s being set up. This will be a tease to us all. And as fucked up as I am, I’m looking forward to it.
By the time we make it to the venue, both Luca and Teo are squirming in the best way. They’re too well trained to do it in a way others could tell, but for someone who has spent time training merchandise…it’s possible to tell. Teo’s little finger moves minutely, not quite tapping, but close. Luca’s shoulders flex, as if he’s trying to relax, but just can’t mange it.
It’s fucking perfect.
“This isn’t one of our normal spots,” Teo comments, his brow furrowing as he takes it in.
Chuckling, I shake my head. “Not at all. Your father chose it. It’s a rather unique event space that was acquired.”
From the outside, it doesn’t look like much. Yet, it’s rich with a history they don’t know. Because it used to be a small theater. One that was known for very adventurous acts. Which sadly led to it being shut down, and then picked up by Sergio, whose family had a strong tie to it, albeit not a direct one. And the auction? That’ll be history repeating itself, only it won’t end with the government so rudely crashing the party.
Luca’s tongue darts out as he licks his lips. My gaze zeros in on it, and I force myself to turn my attention away from the damn tease. Hesitantly, he interjects, “It’s rather small compared to what I expected.”
“It’ll do its job,” I respond nonchalantly as I stroll forward, forcing them to follow me. The guard loitering outside quickly opens the door. Thankfully, this is tucked away from the city, well hidden from the eyes of those who would judge.
I stop and stare just a few feet inside, with Luca and Teo fanning out, but they’ve positioned themselves that I’m in the middle. It’s addictive to know that despite how close they’ve become, they recognize that I’m the one in charge. The one who will make them work—even if they don’t realize it yet.
“This is…” Teo trails off, unable to finish his sentence.
I nod as I finish it for him, “Phenomenal. The men really outdid themselves.”
“That was not what I was thinking,” Teo mutters, but I ignore him.
Considering the stage is taken over by fun instruments that put the wall in the training office to shame, I’m not surprised. Still, the possibilities… All of them entice me. Especially the larger equipment, like the St. Andrew’s Cross.
I lead them down the middle aisle of the theater before heading toward the stairs to reach the top of the platform. One of the men steps forward, waving me over. Luca and Teo follow me, albeit not enthusiastically.
“We’re not completely finished yet. We’re still bringing in some supplies and adding more decorative touches. But the lights for the stage are done. Would you like to see them, sir?” the worker asks me.
“Absolutely,” I reply as I cross my arms, taking in the little touches that grace the stage. Everything is in perfect position and clearly either well taken care of or brand new.
The worker calls out to another man, and within a minute, the lights are dimming. It’s not dark for long as spotlights pop up on the stage. It’ll give perfect highlight to the merchandise while providing anonymity to those in the audience.
Whistling, I take everything in, fully satisfied. “This is great work. I’m going to look in the back, but are we on track to finish?”
“Yes, sir. In fact, I think we may finish early.”
“That’s what I like to hear,” I reply as the lights come up.
I crook my fingers at Teo and Luca, who stay behind me but still follow. There’s an occasional whisper between them, but I ignore it as I head toward the back. The front meets my expectations, but the back? Exceeds it.
“Is there a reason it looks like private sex dungeon quarters back here?” Luca says grimly.
