Me

Hey! What if instead of the food court, I pick us up some pizza from Zombie Pizza?

Talon

As long as it's a deep dish

And full of pepperoni

Me

Deal

I turn back around, heading away from the athletic facility and toward Zombie Pizza. When I get there, there's a bit of a line, but the wait isn't too bad. It doesn't take me long before I'm back in our dorm room, two hot pizzas in my hands. Walking up to the entrance, I breathe easily when I see there's no sock on the door. Good. I don't have to worry about sitting outside the room waiting for him and some guy to finish. I kick the door with the tips of my toes, standing by for Talon to open it. He swings it wide with a huge smile on his face as he grabs the pizzas, snatching them from me.

"Oh my god, these smell amazing," he gushes, bringing the box under his nose and inhaling deeply. "I can't remember the last time I had a cheesy pizza. Thank you for getting it for us."

"Of course. I figured if we're going to lock ourselves in our room studying, we might as well have some good food to eat."

"I could get used to this." He places the boxes on his desk, opening the top of one box and taking a slice out. "I might have to request a pizza every time we study."

"So, this might be more than a one time thing?" I ask, moving next to him and grabbing a slice of my own. Damn, this looks amazing. I'm glad I bought two pizzas instead of just one.

"If you promise a pizza every time." He smiles wide before shoving the pizza into his mouth. He moans loudly, the sound going straight to my dick. God, he even makes eating look sexy as hell. "Alright, let's get started. Grab your textbook and open it to chapter four."

Talon and I spend the first hour reading the next few chapters in our book. I zone out more than once, my gaze getting stuck on Talon and the way he studies. He keeps the book on his lap, while he has a pen in one hand and a highlighter in the other. Every so often, he'll stick the pen into his mouth, biting on the tip before pulling it out and mouthing some words to himself.

I swear I'm trying to focus, but he makes it so damn hard. His tongue wraps around the pen, and I stop moving, just staring at him in front of me. His gaze ticks up to mine before he pulls the pen off his lips.

"What?" he asks, dropping the pen onto the book. "Is everything okay?"

"Gr-great," I croak, trying to clear my throat. "My head is getting fuzzy. What if we switch to quizzing one another?"

"Sure."

We switch to quizzing one another and this isn't helping my concentration at all. I never realized it before, but damn brainiacs turn me on. His confidence in each of his answers and then the smug look he gives once I tell him he’s right is hot as hell.

"Okay, I bet you can't get this one." I'm about to ask him a different question when he cuts me off.

"What's the bet?"

"Huh?" I ask, looking up from the book in front of me.

"You said you bet I can't get this one? Well, what's the bet? I want to win something." He looks so damn excited at the thought of winning a bet against me.

"Okay, if I win, you have to come with me on Saturday to Scareoke, and if you win, um, what would you want if you win?"

"Scareoke on Saturday?"

"Yeah, apparently there's some party there on Saturday. Thought it might be fun to go, even funner if you can come with."

Talon wrinkles his nose, hating the idea. "Fine, if I win, then no Scareoke on Saturday."

"Deal. Shake on it."

Talon and I shake ‌hands, a jolt of electricity flowing through my body. When will I not react to this man? Ugh. Moving away, I pick my textbook and ask him a question. His eyes widen, as he starts to mouth words. I can tell the second he doesn't know the answer because he groans loudly, hitting the mattress with his fist.

"You don't know it!" I yell, jumping up excitedly. Laughing hard, I point my finger toward him, wiggling it in his face. "Guess who's coming with me to Scareoke?"
