Zane deflates into his chair. The poor man is desperate to take over the family business.
“Well, judging by the way Fen’s girlfriend is fawning all over him, I think Zane is not far off becoming a papi himself.” Miko smirks and tilts his head at the arrival of Fen and his girlfriend.
My gaze travels over her.
She has long dark hair and olive skin, and her leg is covered in a tattoo that travels up toward her bikini top. A bikini top houses a huge set of tits, and when she turns, my jaw drops open. The white top barely covers her nipples, and I quickly look away because I don’t want to be accused of checking out my nephew’s girlfriend and what undoubtedly appears to be pierced nipples.
I clear my throat. “How old did you say the girlfriend is again?”
“Eighteen,” Zane chokes out. “Apparently.”
“She looks older.” I look straight ahead and away from the now-squealing girl. A large splash can be heard, making it obvious she’s been thrown in the pool.
“They didn’t look like that when I was at school.” Zane grunts. “Jesus, no wonder he’s smitten.”
“Her tits are pierced,” Miko adds, and I dart my eyes over to the girl, then glance toward Zane, and his eyes are narrowed on her like she’s the enemy. He looks a mixture of intrigued and pissed. A fiery combination that’s ending is bound to be nuclear.
“Find out everything you know about her,” he snaps, and looks away.
Miko nods. “She’s Fern’s best friend,” he says, as if it holds some credit to it.
Zane scoffs. “Right now, I don’t trust either of my children’s judgment.”
“I don’t know, I think Fen chose just the right bikini top for her when he picked up her swimwear at the store today.” Miko’s grin is sharklike.
Zane spins to face him. “He purchased that flimsy thing with my black card?”
Miko leans back in his chair. “He did. So, you have your son to thank for the show he’s providing us with.”
“Her parents need to be slaughtered for allowing her to dress like that,” Sal says, puffing out the cigar smoke. “What sort of home has she come from? A strip joint?”
“I think we should send them a thank-you card,” Miko mocks. “Maybe she needs a new daddy to teach her how to be a good girl.” He steels his dark eyes toward Zane, and there’s something in his move I find calculating. Is he deliberately goading Zane? Encouraging him?
Zane pinches the bridge of his nose. “Jesus. I need something stronger than a fucking beer.” He slams the bottle down on the table and pushes his chair back. The screech rings out in my ears, and then he heads inside, leaving us all laughing at his dramatics.
“Even his son is getting more ass than him. Poor bastard needs someone to drain his balls,” Sal comments, and I smirk.
He’s not the only one needing his balls drained, and I know exactly where I want my cum going.
IMMIE
“He’s barely been able to take his eyes off of you,” Fern whispers, and I smile before dipping my face below the water so nobody can witness my elation.
“Fen. You never said your whole family is hot,” Marlie says. Fern was right; Marlie is great. She’s also the complete opposite of Fern, with a confidence I wish I possessed, and Fern relaxes around her. I can only imagine their relationship at school is exactly what Fern needs to help bring her out of her shell.
Fen chuckles, then tugs her toward him and places a kiss on her neck. It’s a simple gesture, but there’s something about the way he looks toward his father as he does it that makes it seem a little staged. I glance between the two of them, but they both smile, and I shake the thought from my mind.
“My father looks pissed. He just slammed his beer down and stormed inside.” Fern grimaces.
“Well, he probably hates me already. You didn’t even take me over to greet him before you threw me in the pool,” Marlie says, and her eyes shimmer with something akin to vulnerability, and I feel sorry for her. My mind wanders back to what little information Fern has shared with me; she’s a scholarship student from a poor background. No wonder she’s feeling so insecure about being here.
“I’ll take you over when he comes back out.” Fen kisses her neck again, and the fierce look in his eyes is blazing in a protective manner. “He’ll be nursing his stress with a few whiskeys before he comes back out.” He grins, and I laugh, knowing how true that is.
Zane has always been the stressed one, where Miko is calculated and has a deranged glint in his eyes, and as for Massio, well, like Jensen, he hasn’t been around much for me to get to know him properly, but he’s likable and similar in appearance to Jensen.
Speaking of which, I cast my eyes over to him, and he blatantly ogles me, sending a flurry of excitement through my body.
“He looks like he wants to eat you.” Marlie laughs.
