Scarlett and Her Prince Charming

He groaned and started moving faster.
I slid my hands up to the back of his neck. “Axel,” I moaned.
“Say my name like that again.” He thrust into me a little harder.
“Axel.”
He groaned.
“I love you.”
He captured my lips in a searing kiss.
Kissing him had been my favorite thing in the world. But kissing him and doing this? I wasn’t sure I’d ever get enough of this.
His lips fell to my neck. “I love you so fucking much, baby.” He sucked on the side of my neck. “You feel so good.”
The pain from him sucking my neck somehow heightened how good everything else felt. I started to clench around him.
For so long I’d had a broken heart. Every time I’d stared into his blue eyes it hurt. Because he wasn’t mine. But now he was. Axel Stevens was all mine.
I grabbed both sides of his face as my lips parted. I moaned as my body shuddered beneath his.
He rocked his hips faster. Stretching me. Claiming me. He groaned as I gripped him. And he stared into my eyes as he lost control.
“Scarlett.” He said my name in a way I’d never heard before. With adoration. And awe. And love.
I kept my hands on the sides of his face. “That was...” I didn’t even have the words.
He turned his head and kissed my palm. His chest rose and fell fast as he stared down at me. “Everything,” he said, completing my sentence for me.
“Everything.”
A strand of hair fell into his face. Unlike the hundreds of times I’d seen it happen before, I was allowed to touch him now. I lifted one of my hands and pushed the strand off his forehead. It felt so normal. So right.
“Thank you for saving this first for me,” I said. It meant more to me than he could possibly understand. After years of thinking he’d shared all his firsts with someone other than me.
“And all the rest of them.”
I smiled. “As much as I loved this first, I’m already excited to do it for a second time. I think I’m addicted to this feeling.”
“Insatiable,” Axel whispered against my lips.
Chapter 32 – My Dad Was Actually Going To Kill Axel
Sunday
I wasn’t sure what time it was, but light was peeking through my blinds.
Axel’s breath was tickling the back of my neck. And his arm was wrapped tightly around me.
Normally on mornings like this, I’d stay completely still. Trying to let the moment last as long as possible. Terrified that one movement would make the spell disappear.
But even if I did wake him up now, he’d probably just pull me closer. A smile played on the corners of my lips. I couldn’t believe this was actually happening.
It was almost like I needed the proof of what happened last night. To believe it wasn’t just a dream. I stared at Axel’s leather jacket slung on the back of my desk chair.
I ducked my shoulder and kind of slithered beneath the sheets away from Axel’s hands.
