He laughed.

He laughed. “I’ll come by later.”

My smile grew. “Bring wine.”

“Already planned on it.”

I hung up and Janelle stared at me.

“What?”

“Nothing.”

“Say it.”

She turned toward her desk. “I was born with these.”

Caleb barely got through my front door before I jumped into his arms.

“I fucking did it!”

He laughed, catching me. “You did it.”
