by A.K. Rose

My body clenched around them.

Then released. Throbbing hard.

That low snarl, resounded. He moved, rising over me. One slow thrust and he pushed against me. Yes. I drove my hips upwards, meeting him as his lips found mine. His kiss was hungry, salty, coated with the taste of me. His tongue drove into my mouth as he pushed all the way inside.

I wrapped my arms around him.

My body came alive as he met my hunger with his own.

He cupped my head. His thrusts brutally gentle as the hunger in me grew once more.

“Alaric.” I whimpered.

“I’ve got you.” He murmured against my mouth. “Let go, little one.”

I clenched my arms harder around him. Closed my eyes. And fell.

Into darkness.

Into pleasure.

Into pain.

And finally… into him.

Tears came as my body clenched once more. I arched my spine, bucking against him as I came. He moaned, cradling me against him. His thrusts punishing, until with a savage sound he drove deep and stopped.

His body kicked inside me.

Warmth spilled.

One slow thrust and he drove that warmth between my legs.

He held me as I came down.

My tears slipped free. One after another. I cried. Not because it hurt. Not because I was afraid. Because nothing had ever felt like this. Not once. Not in my entire life.

“Perfect.” His lips brushed the tears from my cheek. “You’re so perfect.”

The words broke something inside me.

I cried harder.

He held me.

Didn’t pull away.

If anything his body moved closer. Still inside. Still around me. Still comforting me more than anyone else I’d ever felt before. I felt it then.

The shift.

The fall.

God.

No.

I stiffened instantly.
