And sometimes, maybe even too often, that’s exactly what I did.

Pushing everything else from my mind, I headed for the exit. I had two yards left to do this week, plus a neighbor’s cleanup. Maybe some fresh air would get the brain cells pumping again, and I could return to studying later tonight.

Or much more likely, I’d be daydreaming about the surprise Serena had in store for us tomorrow.

Twenty-Eight

SERENA

“You boys need anything else?”

My heart was beating fast, as I peeked my head out from the hallway. Just my head, mind you. Because the rest of me was… well…

“I dunno,” Jacob called back, adding a playful chuckle. “You plied us with beer, with chicken wings, with hot pretzels…”

“Not to mention the convenience of more cold beer,” Tate added, slapping the ice-filled mini-cooler beside him, “right next to the couch.”

“Well a good hostess takes care of a guest’s every need,” I teased. “Or didn’t you know that?”

They were side by side on the couch, beers in hand, watching the game. Watching but not watching, because right now their eyes were on me.

“Besides, I didn’t want you boys to get up,” I said, my body still concealed by the hallway. “I wanted you seated and comfortable. Right where you are.”

Jacob moved the bowl of potato chips from his lap to the coffee table, in anticipation of what was about to happen. And there’d been a lot of anticipation. I’d been dodging their grabs and gropes for the past hour, while waiting on them hand and foot. And I hadn’t delivered them anything physical so far, other than two quick kisses hello.

“Alright, well if you’re totally good and you don’t need anything else—”

“My lap’s cold,” Jacob said, patting his thighs. “It could use some warming up.”

“Oh?” I smiled. “Let me go get a blanket then, and I—”

“Get in here,” Tate growled playfully, interrupting my latest tease. “Before we come over there and drag you in.”

My pulse quickened at the idea of being dragged into the living room and savaged in front of the television while they watched the game. That might be fun actually.

But what I planned was even more fun.

“You guys have entirely too many clothes on,” I said matter of factly. “You want me to come out? Strip.”

They stared at me for a second or two, their mouths curling into two knowing smirks. Then they were undressing. They peeled their shirts off to expose their hard, gorgeous bodies, then went to work on buttons and zippers. I felt strangely powerful, knowing I had two strapping men ready to obey my every command.

When they were down to their boxers, I nodded approvingly. “There. That’s more like it.”

I took a deep breath and finally stepped out, into full view. I wasn’t sure why I was nervous. I’d spent more time naked with them than actually clothed! But this was supposed to be special.

As I stood with my hands on my hips, Jacob’s eyes lit up. He took his sweet time soaking me in from head to toe, then let out an appreciative whistle.

“You like?”

Tate was only shaking his head at me, but it was a good shake. He muttered a single word: “Damn.”

I was wearing nothing but white, from head to toe. White corset, white garters, white fishnet stockings. The tiniest, laciest white G-string panties, that opened to a crotchless front. Up top the cups left half my breasts exposed. They were pushed up so high it looked like I had twice the normal cleavage, and I had decent cleavage to begin with.

On top I wore a veil — a stunning, white toile bridal veil. Because this was my bridal lingerie, stowed away in the closet and entirely unused.

“Fuck...”

I chuckled as the word slipped half-consciously from Jacob’s lips. “Maybe,” I shrugged a shoulder. “If you boys are good, that is.”
