"Hey." Sophie smiles. "We were wondering if you were gonna make it. Heard you had a rough night."

My eyes widen and shoot to Ezekiel and Jeremiah. Jeremiah is choking on his damn drink and Ezekiel is trying, and failing, to hold in a laugh.

"I heard you lost your card," Sophie continues, making it clear she didn't meanthatkind of rough.

"Oh, yeah. It all ended up okay," I murmur, not even sure she can hear me as I cross in front of Ezekiel to sit on the pillow placed between him and his brother. Both of the fuckers move closer to me at the same time. I glare at Jeremiah, but he just smiles.

"Hungry?" he asks.

"Depends what's on the menu," I seethe.

"What exactly are you hoping is on there?" Ezekiel leans in and his deep voice inquires, low enough so only I can hear.

I turn my head to look at him. "Not for anything on your body."

"That's not what you were saying last night."

The server places our plates on the low table in front of us and I use that distraction to act like neither of them are beside me. Then, we all fall into casual conversation, and I'm a little more at ease, feeling like we're back to how we usually are. Once we're done eating, I rush to get into the pool, to be alone, away from the brothers that are taking up far too much space in my head today. Well, even before today.

I go to the deepest part, where the water is lapping at my chin and then tilt myself back, floating with my eyes closed. Then, suddenly, hands are at my shoulders and my eyes snap open. Before I even focus on who's at my head, hands come to my calves.

"What the fuck is—" I begin to sputter, but then a chuckle that I know far too well silences me.

Jeremiah's chuckle above me. I blink against the sun to look up at him. God, this man is handsome.

"Thank you." He smiles.

I freeze, realizing my thought somehow felt it had permission to leave my mouth rather than remained trapped in my mind. Why does that always seem to happen around them?

"Told you I was the better-looking brother all along," Jeremiah jokes, looking down my body at his brother.

I pick my head up to look at Ezekiel. Shirtless, muscles on display, making me damn near drool. I swallow just to be able to even think of something to say.

"Why are you two bothering me?" I ask. "I clearly came to the deep end to be alone."

"Maybe we just wanted to swim," Jeremiah suggests.

I arch a brow at him. "Then, go swim over there."

"The view over here is much better," Ezekiel says.

I tilt forward, bringing my feet to the floor of the pool, but I don't get far before Ezekiel is standing before me.

"I would have thought we were done running after last night."

"I am not running, Ezekiel. I just don't see the sense in acting like anything has changed when it hasn't. We had fun last night." I ignore his smirk to continue saying, "But last night was last night. Today, we're in the same place we were in yesterday before we had sex."

"Fucked," Jeremiah's voice rumbles behind me. "We fucked."

I have to fight too damn hard to suppress the shiver that tries to race through me.

"Whatever you wanna call it." I shrug with a casualness I wish I felt. "But I still don't want more, so we've gone as far as we're going to go."

Ezekiel gives a dark chuckle." You say that like we'd done all that we want to do with you."

I can't hide it this time, the way my eyes widen and my mouth drops open in want.

"You keep pushing us away because you don't want more," Jeremiah states. "But we've never asked you for more than your body. And clearly your body loves what we do to it, so why not just continue with that. Your body between ours. That's all. There's no need to complicate everything else. We meet up, and Zek and I give you what you need."
