When he made a move to open the door, I asked, “That’s it?”
“What you mean?”
“You’re just going to go back out there?”
“I was, but is my woman wantin’ to do somethin’ else?”
“Yes. Me. Do me.” The need in my voice was evident, but I didn’t care. Not when I was so close to having him.
He wore the widest grin I had seen on him yet when he spun me into his arms and twirled, yes twirled, me around until we were close to the bed.
“Baby, you gotta know the brothers have a good idea what we’re doin’ in here.”
My face heated. “I know… but I’ve pushed that to the back of my mind because right now, all I can think about is you.”
He wound his arms around me tightly. “Jesus, baby.” He cupped my cheeks and bent a little to have my eyes. “Little mouse, I need to make sure you’re okay with stayin’ in here for the next activity while the brothers are out there knowin’ we’re about to fuck.”
“Oh,” I drew out. “Then yes, I’m okay with them knowing. I mean, everyone has sex. We definitely won’t be the first ones in this compound to have done it with other people in the building.”
God, I loved his smile.
“That’s true, babe.” He straightened. “Can we put this on hold until I have a shower?”
Of course he would want one; he’d been in jail all night. He could even want something to eat or need sleep or anything else other than sex.
With one hand, he gently pinched my cheeks together with his thumb on one side and fingers on the other while he pushed my face up to meet his gaze.
“Can see you thinkin’. I don’t need anythin’ else, just a shower. The only mess I want on you is my own.”
Well…
“Um, I could have one with you?” A squeal escaped me when he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.
He picked me up like it was nothing. Then again, it probably was, since he was tall and huge.
We really did fit well together.
