While he unwound Magic's leash from around our bodies, I stood there, vacantly touching my right cheek. Chris Hemsworth's lips had been on my face.

"Don't tell me," Josh said when he was done with the leash and we could move. "You're never going to wash your face again."

"Exactly. Never," I said dreamily as we began walking on the boardwalk once more. Something occurred to me right then. "So you—you weren't joking then earlier when you said Chris Hemsworth was playing volleyball?"

Josh chuckled. "That was really, really fucking weird because I was totally joking before."

"Wow." I stumbled as I attempted to walk and glance back one last time at the volleyball game in the sand.

Josh's arm righted me. "Hey, Mrs. Hemsworth... I know you're having a moment. But did you mean it when you said yes to helping me out with my podcast?"

Returning my attention to the path ahead and clearing my head of the cobwebs, I thought about it for a second before answering. Finally, I nudged him with my elbow. "Don't you mean our podcast?"

Our eyes caught as Josh gave me the biggest smile in the world, and I felt a tiny, little flutter in my chest.

Crap.What the hell was that?

Surely it was just left over from that fangirl moment with Chris Hemsworth. That was all. Yeah, that was definitely all.
