Her hand landed on my chest. I sucked in a breath as I tried to show Kaci I wasn’t into it. But Jenn leaned in closer continuing to play on Kaci’s insecurities making everything a cluster fuck.
“So who are you here with?” Gracey but in.
Jenn’s face paled as her eyes darted around the room. “Well uh, Luke invited me.”
“The fuck I did.” I tried to scoot further away but just hit the wall and the edge of the bar. “Seriously can you not touch me.”
Kaci just smiled while Jenn’s face fell. “Oh don’t act like we didn’t have fun together.”
Fuck.
“He said to quit touching him so you better back the fuck up.” Kaci went to get off her chair but Gracey’s hand shot out stopping her.
Jenn stepped away dragging her hand down my stomach first. “I’ll see you around Luke.” She winked blowing a kiss before finally walking away.
“What the actual fuck?” Kaci started in on me already.
Drake let out a low whistle not helping the situation. “Dude seriously?” I pinned him with a look that said shut the fuck up.
“She’s not worth it Kac.” Gracey spoke under her breath to Kaci.
“No she’s not worth anyone’s time.” Kaci looked right at me as she said the words.
She tried to spin her stool to the side but I caught it moving her back to me. I moved between her legs trying to show her I didn’t give a fuck about Jenn.
Lowering my lips to her ear I whispered. “I’m sorry.”
She turned her head not responding. Kaci was so pissed. I could see the redness creep up her neck into her face. I knew damn good and well she hadn’t consumed enough alcohol to have that effect on her.
Digging my hand into her thigh I nibbled on her ear as I pressed my chest to her face ordering us another round. I felt the hitch of her breath and the scrape of her nails on my biceps. It was working.
