“A movie would be great, but I’d like to do something where we can talk to each other and interact.”
This throws me for a loop. She wants to interact.
“Well, I guess we could go to dinner?” I say
“That sounds nice. How about a picnic?” Samantha asks.
“That sounds great. I think I can finish up here early. How does four o’clock sound to you?”
“Perfect. I’ll start getting that basket together.”
“Sounds really great. We could eat by my big pond. See you then!”
I hang up the phone and wonder what I’ve gotten myself into. She really wants to interact. What does she mean by that? I guess I’m going to find out this afternoon. I rinse out my coffee cup and head to my bathroom to take a shower. This is going to be an interesting day.
