I shook my head, “Nae, my treat.”

They each shook m’hand. Magnus shakin’ it long then clappin’ his hand on m’shoulder. “Twas verra good tae meet ye, Liam Campbell, great great great grandson of Sean, twas verra good.”

And then we showed them out. A moment later we were standing in front of the pub watching them mount their motorcycles and roar away.

I turned tae Blakely. “What the hell just happened...?”

She looked down at the stack of papers tucked in her arms. “I think we just manifested our dreams.”

“We are goin’ tae own a castle?”

She laughed. “And it’s big, so many acres, it sounds like so much walking.”

I put my arms around her. “Och nae, we will each hae one of those golf carts tae drive around.”

Her eyes lit up. “And we can park them side by side. That is the second most intimate thing after laundering. There is literally no downside.”

I kissed her silly lips. “Sounds like we hae thought this through and if there is one thing I hae learned in lovin’ ye, we daena want tae overthink it.”

“I love you so much, Liam Campbell.”

“I love ye too, Woodshee.”
