“Ugh, I would be a terrible teacher. Sports announcer?”
“Ye daena hae the right kind of sports here in LA.”
She laughed. “And are we going to live in LA?”
I shrugged. “Ye hae a verra nice view.”
“Wait until you see the traffic.” She took a long sip of beer and then looked in at the living room. “While we make some decisions though, together, and learn to live with each other, and just enjoy each other, can you help me with something?”
“Aye, what?”
“I need to take out the trash.”
