“I’ll marry you wherever you want,” he growled. “A basement, a submarine, blasting through space in a solar-powered cloudcutter—”

“The garden is perfect,” she laughed.

Then the kids were laughing too, and joining in their embrace.

Wrapped in the arms of her very own family, Yasmine felt her heart warm and melt like chocolate.
