She sniffed. “I will cry if I feel like it.”
“I love you, Addison. I will wait as long as you need me to, but I want you to know I am waiting.”
A lump rose in her throat, and she had to swallow past it. She knew this man, this Dom, was not accustomed to waiting on anyone. Not in this way. This wasn’t about building the anticipation.
