“I don’t like that look, temptress,” Ace says, and my eyes snap to his in the rearview mirror.

“Just turn around now, even if I had a laptop there, I wouldn’t give you the passwords to get into it.”A password wouldn’t help them either. They’d never find the FBI database stashed on it.

Ace clicks his tongue. “We don’t need you to.” He smirks, his green eyes moving back to the road. “If you don’t, we have ways around that.”Always so confident.

The rest of the drive is quiet except for Blais tapping out some random beat with his hands. I occasionally glance over at his inked fingers, thinking about how they felt gripping my thighs while he fucked me into the mattress this morning.

Ace turns a sharp corner into the parking lot of my apartment complex pulling me from my thoughts. My body flies toward Blais again, but his hands quickly catch me.

Ace throws the car in park and he and Theon climb out while Blais flips open his knife cutting my zip ties.

Fuck, that feels good. I rub my wrists to take some of the ache away.

“You better be good, darling, or else.” His eyes stare deep into mine as he runs the cold blade from my chin down my neck stopping at the collar of my shirt. I’m tempted to tell Ace and Theon where my laptop is so they’ll leave me here alone with Blais. I could always go for another round with him. Maybe he’ll use that knife again.

Blais opens the door, pulling me out with him. Theon comes up behind me on my left side, leaning down to whisper in my ear. His cold tone makes my stomach turn. “You better not try anything. Now is not the time to be brave.”

The clicking of a gun catches my attention and I feel something hard press into my right side where Ace is. Since I’ve been with them, I’ve picked up on their habits. They plan things out, not doing anything on a whim. They wouldn’t risk killing me in the middle of the city in an apartment building even if Ace has a gun to my side.

I think. I gulp, not wanting to risk it, and nod, letting them know I agree.

Intertwining his fingers with mine, Ace starts walking toward the front door. To the outside world, the gesture looks sweet, but the strength of his grip is a threat. A warning to remind me who is in control. I glance back at the car, noticing Blais and Theon aren’t following.

“Why aren’t they coming?” I ask.

Ace chuckles. “I need them down here in case you try anything. Plus, I don’t want them to stop me if I have to force you to do something.” The hardness of his tone sends a chill down my spine. Out of the three of them, he definitely wouldn’t care about hurting me or even killing me in here. I’m sure he could easily make it look like an accident if he needed to.

We pile onto the elevator and Ace hits the button for my floor. “What if I do something to you while we’re up here and you left your only backup downstairs?” The metal doors close, trapping me in the small confined space with a man who wouldn’t feel a flicker of guilt for murdering me. My stomach twists in fear at the thought, but I’d never show him that.

“Like you could ever pull one over on me, temptress. I’m always two steps ahead of you. I know you’re playing games with Blais and Theon but I won’t let you win.”

Cocky, arrogant asshole. The doors open on my floor, filling me with relief that I have an escape if he tries something.

“Fuck you, Ace.” He rolls his eyes and leads me to my apartment, pulling the keys out of his jeans pocket. Realizing I could use this time while he’s distracted to get the gun from the back of his pants, my pulse jack hammers as I try to plan my movements. My right hand is still intertwined with his, meaning I’d have to turn my body and carefully use my left so he wouldn’t notice.

Before I get the chance to act, he opens the door and drops my hand. Pushing me through, he shuts the door behind us, locking it. My mouth falls open at the disaster in front of me. It looks like someone came in here and ransacked the place. More like three someones.

“What the hell did you guys do?” I gasp.

“Just a little search to cover our bases.” He laughs, obviously happy with himself.

“Fuck you!”

“You keep saying that. If you want me to fuck you right here then keep saying it, temptress,” he growls, pinning me with his fierce green eyes.

“I wouldn’t let you fuck me if you and your pathetic dick were the last ones on earth.”

“You couldn’t handle my big dick, baby.”Men and their egos, I swear.

Deciding to mess with him a little, I grip his bicep and give him a devilish smile. “Oh, if I can handle Theon’s monstrous cock, then I’m sure I could handle yours.” He snarls with confusion written all over his face.

I haven’t seen Theon’s cock, let alone fucked him, but seeing the ferocious look on Ace’s face is priceless.

“I can still feel the way he slammed into my body from behind, pressing my face into the mattress. His rough palms dug into my hips so hard, I’m sure he left bruises. His hard cock reached so fucking deep inside me hitting all the right angles. Mmm, yeah, he’s good. Thank god he’s got stamina so we could go for multiple rounds.” My grin grows wider the angrier Ace gets.

He thinks his brother went behind his back without him knowing. I smirk, trying not to laugh at the anger swirling in his eyes.

Pulling from my grip, he painfully grabs my chin. “Cut the shit, Zamira. Tell me where it is.”
