Page 60 of Love Triggered

“Greyson! Fuck. That’s so good. Fuck, fuck, fuck!” she yells as her body stills, while she comes all over my fingers. Her pussy tries to hold my fingers captive, tightly convulsing around them.

Miss Mabel might be hard of hearing—even though she doesn’t think she is—but there’s no way in hell she can’t hear what’s going on right now. And if I’m being honest, I don’t give a fuck if Ms. Mabel or anyone else in this library hears. I’m giving that girl what she wants and deserves.

I slide my fingers out of her and lightly swirl my tongue around her clit once more, making her shake as I bring her down from her high. Pulling away, I lift my eyes to hers, which are hazy from her orgasm. Bringing my fingers to my lips, I slowly lick her juices off of them to show her how good she tastes.

“WHAT THE FUCK?!”

My head snaps toward the familiar voice, and Lainey scrambles to pull her skirt down and cover herself. Standing down the end of the aisle is a very angry-looking Lya. Her face is red, her brows are furrowed, and her arms are crossed across her chest. Coming around the corner behind her is that asshole, Thiago.

Fuck.I knew this day would come. I just hoped we could have had more time before it did.

Lya doesn’t miss a beat, striding towards me. Before I can get to my feet, her fist cracks across my cheek. My palm comes up to rub at the ache spreading across my face.

“What the fuck?” I spit at her. Jesus, that punch packed some heat.

“What thefuckare you doing with my sister? Stay away from her, asshole!”

Lainey is now on full alert, trying to pull Lya off of me. “Lya! Leave him alone!”

“Are you serious right now? We told you what this asshole did. What the hell are you doing with him?” Lya shouts.

“I get to decide for myself whether I want to see him or not,” Lainey argues. She’s so sexy, standing up for herself like that.

“Oh hell no, you don’t. As far as I’m concerned, you’re not seeing him.”

“You can’t do that.” Lainey crosses her arms over her chest. I get to my feet to stand next to her.

“Yes, I can. I’m not letting you near him ever again, Lainey—he’s dangerous.” Lya aims a sneer in my direction.

“I’m an adult.”

“Yeah well, until you can support yourself with a GED and a driver's license, I get to make the decisions.”

Lainey’s jaw drops as the words come out of Lya’s mouth. Even I can’t believe she just said that. It was a low blow, even for Lya.

“Come on. Let’s go,” Lya orders.

If she thinks she’s going to keep me away from Lainey, she’s dead wrong.

She reaches to grab Lainey’s arm. I move forward to stop her, but Lainey pulls out of the way just in time. My girl is standing up for herself; she doesn’t need me to fight her battles for her.Sexy.

“No. You can’t do this to me. I won’t go. Greyson’s not a bad guy like you think, and I’m going to keep seeing him.”

A hysterical laugh falls from Lya’s throat. “Not a bad guy? Were you even listening when I told you what he did to me? You’re crazy if you think I’m going to let you near him again. Let’s go, Lainey.”

I take a step forward, just as Thiago does the same opposite me. He’s no longer in his nonchalant position against the bookshelf, he’s now in a protective stance beside Lya.

“She doesn’t want to go, so she doesn’t go.” I bring my body in front of Lainey’s. Not going to lie, being this close to Lya again makes me feel a little uneasy. The closer I look at her, the more I wonder how I didn’t know she wasn’t Lainey. The differences between them go way beyond their hair colors.

Where Lya is in your face with her sassy attitude and hard exterior, my Lainey observes, watches, and then fires back. Lya doesn’t take shit from people and is too stubborn to hear the other side or give anyone a chance. Lainey may be stubborn as fuck too, but she allows people to tell her their side of the story, so she can evaluate and make a decision.

Even the way they look at the people they care about is different. Lya’s eyes glaze over and she gets a goofy grin on her face. Lainey’s nose does a little wiggle and her gaze softens into the most tender thing I’ve ever seen.

There are so many ways these two are different—I should have noticed.

Lya stands tall and confident, her narrowed eyes burrowing a hole into my skull. Finally, she breaks eye contact and takes a step back for a side conversation with Thiago. They stand down the aisle and murmur to each other, but make sure to keep an eye on both of us.

I turn my gaze to Lainey. “We can make a run for it, angel.”
