His balls tightened with his impending release “Come all over my cock. I want you to milk every drop from me.”

She thrashed her head against the wall, shuddering with her orgasm.

Finn continued at a brutal pace, as the thumping rhythm of the music played in the bar. “Fuck,” he said with his release, continuing to slide in and out.

“I think you’re trying to kill me,” Colleen said with a laugh as he helped her stand.

Finn adjusted himself and then got a paper towel and gently cleaned between her thighs. He tossed the paper in the trash. He slid her panties back on. “You undo me, my sweet Colleen.” He gave her a gentle kiss.

She looked up at him, her eyes sparkling with happiness. “Let’s go home.”

His heart burst with happiness. This was the first time Colleen described his loft as “home,” and he would never get tired of hearing her say that.

During their ride back to O’Connor Tower, Finn held Colleen close in his arms.

“Your Mom’s friend, Daisy, called me today.”

“Yeah?”

“She asked me to apply to teach the art appreciation Adult Education class in Stony Brook in the spring. It’ll be fun to teach again. They’re an interesting group. It’s not a full-time position, but it is a job.”

He cradled her face with his hands and gave her a gentle kiss. “I’m so glad.”

“Me, too,” she said.

“I’m fascinated about the research you’re doing for the tours at the Met. It must take a lot of time to find the right work of art for a specialized group.”

“I’m loving every minute of the research. The bachelorette party tour isn’t for a while, but I’m getting organized for more so I can diversify.”

“What do you have planned for the class?” Finn asked, pulling her into his arms again.

“You’re just being nice. You’re not really interested.”

“I am interested,” he said with enthusiasm. “I’ve always wondered how instructors put together a course. How they take all that material and turn it into—”

Colleen didn’t say a word, but she had a huge smile plastered on her face.

“What?” he asked.

Her mouth opened and then closed, as if she was about to say something.

“Why are you looking at me like that?”

“You should be a teacher,” she blurted out, her eyes wide with excitement.

“You’re joking,” he said, followed by a loud laugh. The idea was crazy.

“It’s not too late to switch careers.”

“I can’t drop everything to teach. I’d have to get a teaching credential or a grad degree to teach.”

“So what? You can go to school part time at night. Lots of people do that. You told me once I shouldn’t waste time doing something that doesn’t make me happy. The same is true for you.”

Finn kissed the top of her head. It wasn’t a completely crazy idea. He’d enjoyed working at the foundation. But since being with Colleen, he allowed himself to explore the possibility of teaching. It was what he’d always wanted to do, and one of the first things Colleen and Finn shared. And there was a path, but would he be prepared to take it?
