“Ditto.” He pushed her hair back gently. “You are so beautiful,” he said, his voice low.

In that moment, with the gentle lapping of the waves, the soft moonshine falling over them and Callum’s eyes dark on her face, Leah believed him. Sighing, she rested her head on his shoulder as he lightly stroked her back.

“Callum,” she said, after some time.

“Mmm?”

“It’s really cold.”

“Yeah.”

Leah let Callum drag her back to the shoreline.

“How do you feel about shower sex?”

“I love it,” Leah replied as they reached the beach.

“Have you ever had shower sex?”

“Nope.”

“Let’s find out just how much you love it.”

“Let’s.”

CHAPTER ELEVEN

Callum drifted awake to the sound of the ocean crashing, gulls screaming over the waves, the smell of fresh coffee brewing and no Leah in sight. Christ, what a night, he thought, scrubbing his hand over his face and staring up at the ceiling. Leah was an absolute wonder. More than he ever could have imagined. Which was saying something, because he’d imagined a lot. As memories from the previous night flooded his mind, Callum felt himself getting hard. It was time to find Leah and see what he could do about a repeat performance. As he pushed the duvet back, he spied his jeans, draped over the end of the bed. They’d left all their clothes on the beach when they’d finished their swim and gone inside for the hottest shower Callum could ever remember having. It turned out Leah really did love shower sex. A lot. Slipping his jeans on, Callum looked around for his t-shirt, but couldn’t see it.

He wandered into the kitchen, but Leah wasn’t there. Helping himself to coffee, he carried it to the newly installed French style sliding doors that faced out to the beach. And there she was. At the end of the narrow track that led from her house to the beach, picking up the glass jars and candles she’d laid out the night before. Throwing the blanket over her shoulder, she turned back to the house, pausing for a brief moment when she saw him standing in the doorway.

As she walked up the track, a sexy smile curving her soft lips, Callum felt his heart do a slow tumble in his chest and he had to take a moment to get his breathing under control. He watched as she put the jars and blanket on the outdoor table. She was wearing nothing but a knee length, sapphire blue robe. The silk shimmered in the early morning sunshine as she walked towards him.

“Morning.”

“Morning.”

“I seem to have a problem.”

“Oh?”

“I can’t find my t-shirt.”

She gave him a look of wide-eyed innocence. “Oh no. That’s terrible.” She slid her hands up his chest. “It looks like you’ll just have to go without.”

Delighted, he said, “Leah, do you know where my shirt is?”

“Callum, I might know where your shirt is. I’m not saying I do. Just that I might.” She trailed her hands over his abs, resting them on his hips.

“Are you going to tell me?”

“That’s a good question.”

He chuckled. “Are you going to answer it?”

“Hm, no, I don’t think so.” Her eyes dancing, she pressed herself against him, her lips raised to his, just begging to be kissed. He obliged, sliding his fingers into her hair, tilting her head slightly and slanting his lips over hers. He meant to take it easy, to be gentle. But Leah was having none of that, deepening the kiss, making it hot and wet and driving him crazy. He pushed against her with his body, forcing her to take a step back then moved to sit on the long bench under the dining room window. She looked at him uncertainly.

“Out here?”
