“Right,” Fletcher said. “Hunter isn’t here yet, but let’s get moving, so we stay on schedule. Aaron is going to lead the tour, so over to you.”

“Is there anything you want to see first, sir?” Aaron, the hotel manager, asked.

Daniel shook his head just as Hunter arrived.

“Hey. Sorry. Late,” the younger Dufort brother said, and she grinned.

He was kind of lovable.

Fletcher shot her a look, and she smiled privately to herself.

“About time,” Daniel said. “Olivia—”

“She’s taking photos. For staff and the media,” Fletcher said, and they all stared at him.

“Thanks, Einstein. I worked that out all on my own.” Daniel narrowed his eyes, then turned to her. “I was going to say I want you to ensure no one from the media asks about our upcoming nuptials.”

Fletcher glanced away and she could see he was kicking himself for his reaction. He had always been a touch protective of her but now things were getting a little irrational.

And Daniel was a very sharp and intelligent man.

If he hadn’t already, he would work this out.

Then she’d be out of a job.

“I can do my best, but as you know, we can’t control what they ask, unless it’s paid media. And this isn’t,” she replied.

Daniel nodded at her knowingly. “Just use your magic powers.”

Olivia laughed. “Okay.”

The inside joke calmed her. She was often complimented on the way she dealt with the media and got them to do the company’s bidding.

It wasn’t easy—her relationships with members of the media had been built over years and often she achieved results by negotiating and haggling.

Basically, it was like juggling promises and calling in favors.

And yes, she had a spreadsheet.

Over the next two hours, they wandered through the hotel, admiring the rooms and little touches they all knew the media would focus on. She took photos of the three Dufort brothers with Aaron and then a few of Daniel, so the teams had a bunch to choose from.

She excused herself early so she could escape another intimate moment with Fletcher in the car, and his short nod told her he was well aware that was what she was doing.

Back at the office, she was flicking through the photos when her team filed through the door.

“Are we having our team meeting?” Katy asked.

“Yes. Grab a seat,” she replied, waving at both Katy and Thomas, directing them to the meeting table in her office.

She joined them.

“Have you signed off on the press release I sent?” Thomas asked.

“I’ve just sent it to your inbox, with some minor changes,” Olivia replied. “Katy, you can please work with the design team in the photos. I’m going to email you. Once both those are done, we should be on track to send the media kit out in time for the launch this Friday.”

“Do you want us to follow up on RSVP’s?” Katy asked.

Olivia pursed her lips in consideration.
