“I feel the same way,” I breathed, and my heart soared as I said the words. “Jace, I… I don’t want to be without you.”
“Then don’t.”
I swallowed hard. “I don’t want to be without Aurelius. Or Merrick. Or—”
“Thendon’t.”
He smiled, and that smile was everything I’d ever wanted. He began rolling his hips again. Screwing me slowly, tenderly, as his lips brushed mine and our tongues danced and the entire world was nothing more than heat between our bodies, fusing us together at the most primal and intimate of all places.
“Three weeks,” Jace murmured quietly. “We’ll all be in Colorado. The three of us.”
He whispered the words, even as his eyes told the story. But there was love in those eyes too now, as well as lust.
“I told them I’d bring you,” he went on. “I told them you’d come.”
An hour ago, I could’ve come up with a dozen reasons why I couldn’t fly off again to see Jace and others. Right now, I couldn’t think of a single one.
“Bewith us,” Jace offered. “Come down and see the future we’re building together.”
His hands grabbed my ass again. They were desperate this time. Frantic.
“Please, Dakota. Tell me you’ll—”
“I’ll come.”
His whole face lit up. His hands squeezed possessively, furiously, causing me to cry out.

And then Jace was shooting hard, blasting off like a rocket. Spewing great jets of white-hot plasma everywhere, as he fired away inside me.
