I listened to the waves, listened to the breeze broken only by the occasional cry of a seagull. It was all so perfect – I didn’t want it to end.

“We need to get going.” Jay’s words let me know that it did have to end. We couldn’t simply stay in one another’s arms like that forever – as nice as it might’ve sounded.

“Yeah, you’re right.” I sat back, taking in the sight of Jay underneath me, his perfect, muscular body there before me. I wanted to burn the image into my mind, never wanting to forget.

“But before we do…”

I didn’t have a chance to react. He slipped his fingers into my hair and pulled me close to him, planting a long, lingering kiss onto my lips. I fell into it, my pussy clenching and letting me know that it was ready for him if he wanted to go one more time.

But the kiss ended. Jay lifted me off his lap, then reached down to pick up my clothes.

“We’re lucky we haven’t been spotted already,” he said. “Let’s get dressed before our luck runs out.”

Without a word, I threw on my clothes and he did the same. We walked back to the market after we dressed, neither of us saying a word to each other. It wasn’t the awkward sort of silence, though. It was the peaceful, pleasant sort that could only come with comfort and familiarity. We walked through the sand, occasionally glancing at one another with a smile.

Most of the market, including the whiskey bros, had cleared out by the time we returned. Jay helped me pack my stuff and put away the tent, the two of us carrying it all to the truck when we were done.

We were almost to Clarissa’s place before either of us said a word.

“So,” I said. “I’m working the market again tomorrow.”

He nodded. “Oh, so you want some more help? I can come bright and early if you need it.”

“No, that’s not why I mentioned it. Clarissa’s giving me a ride in the morning. I mentioned it because I wanted to see if you and the guys wanted to come by and say hi. Unless you think that’d be weird.”

Jay seemed genuinely confused. “Weird? Weird how?”

“Jay, we just had sex.”

He furrowed his brow and cocked his head to the side. “What difference does that make?”

My first instinct was to explain to him exactly why a little detail like that made a difference, but by then we had pulled up to the apartment complex.

“So, what do you think?”

He grinned. “Sure – I think we can make some time.”

“Perfect. The markets from nine until five tomorrow. I’ll break for lunch around noon, so maybe you and the guys can come by before then?”

Jay pulled the truck to a halt. “It’s a date.”

With that, he hopped out and helped me load the gear into Clarissa’s car for the next morning. Once that was done, he climbed into his truck with a wink.

“See you tomorrow, Dream.”

He drove off and I was alone, with only one matter remaining – was it a date with all three of them?
