“I know.” She gently elbowed him. “I’d do the same for you.”

He sighed. “Rubble wants an update.”

“I heard.” She took a slow drink. “Think he’ll let us keep looking into it?”

“Don’t know why he wouldn’t. As long as we’re not getting into trouble, it should be fine.”

Just then, Yasmina walked down the hall and into the kitchen. It shouldn’t have, but it stunned him to see the change in Dolly. She went from moping to energetic, all thanks to the dark-haired, shy beauty.

“Hey, Dolly. Hey, Brewer.” She opened the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water. “I’m going over to Delphi’s restaurant in a bit. Do you want to come?”

“Absolutely,” Dolly said without missing a beat.

“Delphi’s, huh?”

Dolly shot him a look that could kill.

He chuckled and shook his head. “You girls go ahead. I need to check in at the bar.” He stood and noticed neither one paid him any attention. “Have fun, you two. But not too much fun.”

Dolly subtly flipped him the bird, her gaze glued to Yasmina.

Brewer walked through the clubhouse, waving at the boys playing pool. He couldn’t be happier for his sister. She’d always been alone by choice, even though Dolly had her pick of men and women around the club. He wasn’t in the dark about her bisexuality. Hell, even their parents had known long before he did. She was one of a kind and needed someone who accepted every inch of her. If Yasmina could give that to his sister, Brewer wholly approved.

Reaching the den, he eyed Hawk getting a blow job from one of the nymphs while he watched a sitcom rerun.

“Heard you had a run-in with that Delphi chick.”

Brewer sat on the couch, his ability to ignore the nymph’s actions second nature to him after all his years in the club. He was all but immune to seeing any level of sexual activity going on out in the open.

“I meant to just say hello, but she’s a cauldron of fire.” He snatched the remote and flipped through channels. “She likes me. I know she does. I saw that lust in her gorgeous eyes, and shit, I wanted to toss her over my shoulder and lock her in a closet with me.” He found a cooking show and tuned in. “But she’s fighting it.”

Hawk rested a hand on the nymph’s head, urging her to take him deeper. “You going to let off a bit or keep hitting her up hard?”

“Not sure. She’s from Snowshoe, so she knows all about Macha. Not like Isa or Jupiter. Her parents probably warned her to steer clear of bikers.”

“Girls love a bad boy.”

“Usually, yeah, but I’m not really a bad boy.” Brewer leaned back and rested his head against the cushion. “I’m more of the guy who will tease the panties right off a girl.”

“Hey, whatever gets your rocks off.” Hawk’s voice hitched, and Brewer kept his eyes locked on the screen.

The scent of sautéed chicken and onions from the kitchen made his stomach growl. He’d missed breakfast, too excited at the possibility of seeing Delphi at the bakery. No disappointment there.Jeans tightening, he had to disagree slightly. His stomach and dick hungered for more of Delphi. He’d feast on her body the first chance he got.

The nymph stood and left the room. The familiar zip of jeans met his ears, and he glanced over at Hawk. “Afternoon delight?”

“Not even lunchtime yet, brother.” Hawk grinned. “But don’t worry, I’ll be getting some of that after I eat.” He stretched lazily. “One of my favorite perks of the brotherhood. Unlimited pussy.”

“It has its advantages.” Brewer propped his boots on the coffee table. “But there’s something about a non-club girl that just gets to me more.”

“You’re aiming for the restaurant chick, then?”

“Heart wants what it wants.”

“Bullshit.” Hawk shook his head. “Dick wants what it wants. And a good choice at that.” He whistled. “Delphi has one fine ass, and those tits…. Yeah, I could get lost in those.”

For the first time ever, Brewer felt a pang of jealousy ripple through him. Hearing Hawk undress Delphi so easily made his stomach drop. It was wrong on so many levels. She wasn’t a club girl. She didn’t even like Macha. And even worse, she doesn’t like me.He brushed a hand over his beard, ignoring the sexual innuendos Hawk spewed. If he listened, he may not be able to control his reaction. If Hawk found out he seriously liked a girl, it’d be a mess for both him and Delphi. Hawk tended to try and steal girls from his brothers, and Brewer wasn’t about to let that happen.

“Let me know how she is,” Hawk said, standing. “Maybe she’d like having two Macha men at the same time. A lot of the Snowshoe girls do. Some kind of taboo shit.” He chuckled. “I’m grabbing a beer. Want one?”
