I pointed my finger at each brother. “If you two fight, I’ll put you both in separate corners.”

“Make that separate wings,” Jeremy corrected me.

“She’d do it, too,” Augustus warned Cruz.

Cruz flashed a sexy half-smile. “Good for her.”

And this was how our first step into forever began.

EPILOGUE

Nine Months Later…

Our home for the last nine months was abuzz with activity, and the garden was no different as I gazed out my bedroom window in Holloway Estate. A string quartet played for our visitors who were mingling and enjoying the wine and nibbles. I was so glad the sun was out, providing beautiful warm weather. It meant we were going to have the perfect wedding day.

Riva stepped out of the bathroom in her gorgeous Italian silk couture wedding dress. “Are we ready?”

“In a minute. Come here, sweetie. I want to look at you.”

She came and placed her hands on my hips, pulling me as close to her as she could, given the size of my baby bump.

My gaze traveled over her body, and I stroked her bare shoulders, marveling at how she had managed to keep her figure after giving birth. She’d had a shitty first couple months of morning sickness with little Grover, but it had well and truly subsided by the fifth month, allowing Riva to fully exercise and eat healthily as well as work right up until earlier that month when he was born.

It was pretty cool that Grover was a Fourth of July baby. But, of course, the particular meaning was lost on my English family, given we Americans won the War of Independence against their country over two hundred years ago.

I was seven months along and was due in September. We didn’t know if Ruben, Cruz, or Augustus was the father of my first baby, but that didn’t matter right now. All that mattered was our children would be raised in a home where they were safe, loved, and privileged. I couldn’t wait to meet my second son, this one of my own flesh and blood.

Christian ‘Tristan’ Ruben Augustus Huntington would be his name. I knew it was to be a name that would aid him in life, make him a target by people who adored the family and who would want a piece of him, and by people who hated everything the nobility stood for.

“You look so beautiful, Riva. I can’t believe we get to share our wedding day. I’m the luckiest woman alive. You know that?”

“No.” Riva’s diamond drop earrings swung around when she shook her head. “Because I’m the luckiest woman alive, I have two wonderful lovers and a beautiful baby boy. My family lives on the property, so they’re close enough to help us out. I’m so happy.”

“Me too.” I giggled. “I guess we’re as happy as each other, huh?”

“I’ll concede to a tie.” She caressed my baby bump. “Soon, Grover will have a little sibling. Our sons will grow up together in this wonderful place.”

My hands covered hers on my rounded belly. “Let’s hope they’re the first of many.”

Riva’s eyes grew wide. “How many do you want to have?”

“Oh, at least one per man.”

We giggled together.

“I want three or four myself,” Riva admitted.

“Can you imagine a whole army of children racing through these old halls with Jeremy’s Springer Spaniels and Jack Russells?” I said curiously.

“Or teasing our British shorthair cats?”

I laughed again. “Or learning to play the guitar with Daddy Cruz or doing boring science stuff with Daddy Ruben?”

“Learning how to be a leader like their Daddy Aug and farming the land with Daddy Jeremy.” Riva rested her forehead against mine and whispered, “Or learning how to be kind and fun like their Mama Sienna.”

“How to be classy like Mommy Riva.” My breath caught as I drew my soon-to-be new wife into a kiss.

I didn’t care if I could only legally marry one of my lovers. After this weekend, they would all be husbands and wife, and Jeremy would be Riva’s legal husband.
