“Where will you go?” Tanner asked.
“I think I have enough saved to get a plane ticket back to the states. Then, I’ll figure things out from there.”
“Or, you can stay here as our guest,” Declan said. “Move into my room and when you’re ready to go back to America, you can come home with us on our jet.”
“Your jet?” she asked. “You two have a jet?” She was starting to get a full picture of the two men she had fallen into bed with, and she wasn’t sure she’d be very comfortable in their world.
“I couldn’t do that,” she said. “I don’t think I’d be allowed to stay. I’m sure that Claude will have a say about me sticking around.”
“How about you leave Claude to us?” Tanner asked. “Right now, we’ll help you pack your things and move into this room. We’ll figure out the rest later.”
“All right,” Shelby agreed. “Thank you.”
“As for us not telling you all the details about our lives, we’ll get to it—all of it, honey,” Declan promised. “It’s just going to take some time. Will you give us that, Shelby? Will you stick around and give us some time to get to know you?” She wanted to tell him that they both knew her pretty well, after their past two nights together, but she found herself nodding instead.
“I’d like that,” she admitted.
