Julie melted under his interested support. “I know, right? But it’s okay. Most of us girls get along great, and we have a lot of fun.”
“Can you tell me the name of the woman who works in that room now?”
Appearing stunned, Julie put down the newly arrived sandwich and used the napkin to wipe her lips. “Why would you want that information?”
“So, I can be sure they don’t book my mom’s appointment with her.”
Happy again, she nodded. “I see. Good idea. The masseur’s name is Jia Ling.” Julie leaned forward and added, “Between us, she’s not very friendly. You and your mom would be happier with anyone else.”
