Delicious, dark heat spreads through me as I stare up at the formidable Elias Whittington. He’s all sharp angles, smooth muscles, and an intense aqua gaze. Hell, easily the sexiest man I’ve ever seen, which makes it easy to ignore the echoes that are lingering in the back of mind.
You’ve gone insane, Zel.
You signed a legal document throwing away ownership of yourself.
This man can treat you however he wants, and there’s nothing you can do to stop him.
I shove down the nerves fluttering in my abdomen as Elias guides me into a bathroom that makes the grand ones I’ve knelt down to clean look like washhouses in a third-world country. The slab-marble shower not only has room for tea, but room for two, the server, and the cart he’s bringing it in on. I almost chuckle to myself at that outlandish thought until Elias orders me to sit, legs spread wide.
My gaze flickers over a black leather tool kit that he must’ve picked up while I was still coming down from a lustful high just a few minutes ago.
A thick eyebrow lifts.
Ugh.

Elias is wordlessly informing me that he will not ask me a second time.
Or maybe he’s silently telling me I should be grateful he asked at all.
He doesn’t strike me as the type to ask for much.
Swallowing all of my mixed emotions, I set my jaw.

I return to reality.

You know, even if this is a once-in-a=lifetime chance to have my body ruled by a man that’s got enough zeroes at the end of his bank account to make Elon Musk mad, and who also clearly knows what he’s doing in the sack, it’s still wrong.
And it has to stop.
Turning away, I sashay past the threshold into the open shower, hiding the smirk that would reveal I’m actually enjoying this little human fuck toy arrangement.
And it’s okay for me to like it.
I mean…it’s only for tonight.
