“Please,” she agreed, loud enough for only him to hear.

“Aight, y’all. We about to get up out of here,” Elite announced as he stood.

She waited until he was done saying his goodbyes before she stood and quickly waved goodbye to everyone then gave Supreme a hug. As soon as they made it outside, Elite said, “I could tell you was over that conversation when you pulled your phone out.”

“Yeah. I just don’t understand the point of talking about that shit. It’s not going to change anything. It just makes women that have been cheated on in the room feel uncomfortable. If Vanessa was there to hear her man talking like that…”

“You know D wouldn’t be showing out like that if Vanessa was here.”

“Still. They represent each other, even when they are apart. If he wants to do that shit, he should do it privately. Got that woman out here looking like a damn fool for staying with his ass.”

Elite chuckled as he opened the door for her. “Yeah, well, she stays knowing he’s a cheater, so it’s on her.”

Jacintha merely nodded, remaining silent as he closed the door. She waited until Elite was in the car to ask, “Does Supreme cheat on Nicole?”

He looked over at his wife briefly. “You know I’m not discussing that man’s business with you.”

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

“Whether he does or doesn’t, that ain’t got shit to do with us. Cheating costed my mother her life. I would never put you through that. That’s all you need to know.”

Jacintha nodded as he took her hand in his. She swallowed hard as her nerves began to rattle. Looking out of the window, she resisted the urge to tell Elite she wasn’t worried about him cheating on her. She was worried about him finding out that she’d cheated on him…

??????

When Henry texted her his hotel room information, Jacintha told herself not to go. Yet, here she was… sitting on the edge of the bed watching him find something on TV in only his boxers… knowing damn well the only thing she’d soon be watching was his dick going in and out of her. Her eyes lifted up his frame, and she licked her lips as she took in his muscular, tatted back.

“I can’t stay long,” she said softly.

“How long can I keep you?”

It was Sunday, so she’d need to pick the twins up from her parents’ house that evening so they could get ready for the school week.

“I can stay for two or three hours.”

“Cool,” Henry agreed, walking over to her.

She couldn’t help but smile as she looked up at him. Jacintha was unable to deny Henry’s attractiveness. His hair was cut into a low fade, connecting with a short beard. His bottom lip was plumper than the top, and she’d been thinking about sucking it since the last time they were together. Henry’s close-set eyes were hazel, and his triangular nose had been the recipient of a kiss the moment she walked into the room.

“I missed you,” he announced.

Twisting her mouth to the side, Jacintha hid her smile. “Did you miss me, or my pussy?”

“Both.”

She chuckled and scooted back on the bed.

“Nah.” Henry gripped her thigh and pulled her back to the edge of the bed. “Stay yo’ pretty ass right the fuck here.”

He kneeled between her legs, removing her shoes and leggings before placing kisses against her thighs. Pushing her panties to the side, Henry gave her one long, thick lick between her folds that had her laying down and relaxing against the bed. Gripping the sheets above her head, Jacintha regulated her breathing as he feasted on her pussy. Her eyes squeezed shut as she moaned quietly. This was what she’d been needing all damn day.

??????

“What’s wrong?” Bianca asked, handing Jacintha the bottle of water she’d requested as soon as she arrived.

She had about thirty minutes before needing to head to her parents’ home, and she needed to get her mind right before she got there. Her mother had a way of reading her and picking up things Jacintha didn’t want to share.

Her parents, outside of being overly protective of her, were extremely attached and dependent on one another. For some reason, that was how she expected her own marriage to be. That hadn’t been the case. Elite was determined to make sure they maintained their individuality and lives apart from each other—and Jacintha was starting to realize that was the problem. Apart from being a wife and mother, she had no other roles and identities that she was proud of.
