She takes off her dress and laughs. Then, she takes my hand, and we enter the water together.

“Shit, it’s cold,” she says.

I pull her into me, encouraging her to wrap her legs around me.

“I’ve got you,” I tell her.

Her head goes to my shoulder, and her arms are now around my neck. I spin us around a bit in the water, so happy that I get to hold her like this, in her own house. I rub her back and kiss her bare shoulder for a second. Then, I walk us back to the waterfall.

“Are you ready?” I ask.

She buries her face in my neck, which tells me she trusts me, and mumbles, “Yes.”

I walk us under the water, hearing her yelp at how cold it is, and then we’re on the other side of it. I kiss her, and I could kiss her like this forever. I hold her and rub her back until I notice she’s rubbing something else against me.

“So, you are ready?” I say, laughing.

“I need you,” she tells me.

I slip inside, still holding her up with my other arm, and she moves against me.

“God, yes. I can’t believe I get you like this all the time now.”

“Every night if you want,” I say, kissing her.

“I want. Fuck, I want. I want you all the time.”

“I’m here. I’m here, baby.” I thrust deeper, and she comes.

“I love you,” she says.

That’s the first time she’s said it just like that, and I stare at her to make sure she means it; that it’s not just because of the orgasm. When I know that it’s true, I smile.

“How is this possible?” I ask.

“I have no idea,” she says, laughing and then kissing me again.

“Can I stay the night?” I ask.

“I just told you that I love you. Of course, you’re staying,” she says.

I kiss her again and say, “You really want me to join the club as a member?”

“We’d go together,” she says as I slip out of her. “We could watch. We could participate if we want. We could just touch each other. If you don’t want to, though, I’d understand – it’s different for you. I’ll cancel my membership now if you–”

“It’s not that. I just can’t believe you really want to do this with me. You just…” I kiss her throat. “Babe, you just get it. You get me. I don’t even know that I got me before all this, but you do.”

“You get me, too. That first night, you knew what I needed without me saying a word. You touched me; you held me; you let me go when I was scared.”

“Are you scared now?” I ask.

“I’m terrified.” She laughs. “But for an entirely different reason now.”

“Why?” I ask, worried now.

“Oh, sweetheart,” she says, cupping my cheeks with both hands. “Because I love you. That’s very scary.”

“How can I make it less scary?”
