Page 29 of Needing Daddy

“David kept me sane and grounded. I can recommend having a daddy, or at the very least, a man who takes charge,” Penny countered.

“So explain to me how age-play works. I mean isn’t it a bit creepy that a man wants a little girl for a wife?” Allie wrinkled her nose.

“If you mean sex, I was always a grown woman for that! I did still call David Daddy, but it became a word of safety and respect. If I was in little mode he would never touch me inappropriately.”

“But how did he know when you were in little mode?” Allie probed.

“Usually he could tell by my voice or choice of dress, but if he wasn’t sure, he’d ask if I was Daddy’s little girl or his grown-up wife,” she explained.

“How would that work if you had children? I mean, did you ever discuss having children?” Allie asked.

“Yeah, we did, but we shelved the prospect for a year or two because I wasn’t ready.”

“I’m glad we had Lucy and Tom early on in our marriage, when we were both young enough to cope with the sleep deprivation. The idea of going through all that now horrifies me,” Allie confided. “I like the fact we have our freedom and our sex life back.”

“Yeah, I can see that, but I’m not sure I want kids. If David does then I guess I’d agree.” She shrugged.

“You said Dad was—is—still alive in your dimension. How is he, and what does he think about your age-play?”

“He is healthy but he misses Mum. He and Uncle John play golf together a lot, and Dad has a neighbour who is always baking stuff for him, you know what a sweet tooth he has!”

They both chuckled.

“He doesn’t know about the age-play, that’s our secret and nobody else’s business,” Penny explained.

“But the lady the other Allie was living with knew about it?”

“Clare. Yes, she was an age-play friendly doctor, and you and I don’t have secrets from one another, so you knew.”

“I’m so glad we were close sisters in your dimension. Do you think my sister Penny will be looked after by my version of me?” Allie asked anxiously.

“I do, yes,” she replied and pulled a face.

“Hey, why the long face?” Allie patted her sister’s shoulder.

“I had a flash of envy. My other self has Allie, Dad, Clare, and my husband to care for her. I’m jealous!”

Allie hugged her. “You have me, always,” she said.

“Thanks, Allie. That does mean a lot. I think I might have gone mad without your support. Tell me, what made you come up with this Karen idea?”

Allie shrugged. “From what you told me about David he is a man of integrity. You’d almost convinced him about Mike and your past. He probably felt guilt at not remembering you and Mike; he just required a little nudge to convince him it was all real and then I think he’ll feel obligated to you.”

“A good guess and it worked. Thanks, sis!”

“I hope we did right. I have a bad feeling that this could all backfire horribly once he finds out the truth.” Allie frowned.

“I’m afraid of that too. I have to make him fall in love with me before that happens. Then maybe he’ll be willing to take a chance on us,” Penny said ruefully.

Allie hugged her. “I am here for you to the bitter end, whatever that might turn out to be.”
