Raze and Leven exchanged a smile. I was glad someone was having fun because I was praying for the torture to end, for my dad to sayyes, and the opportunity to hide forever inshame.

“Sir,” interrupted Talin. “The most important question we need answered this day is, may we have your daughter’shand?”

I wanted to kiss him for silencing my father. Not just a quick peck either. A long one. But I’d save that fortonight

“Well…” said my father, as if he really didn’t approve. Then he smiled and added, “How can I saynoto fourprinces?”

What?Had I heard him correctly? I almost fell off my chair. All this time I’d thought for sure he would sayno.

Months Later

Bells rung overhead, signaling it was time. The sun beat down on the castle in White Peak, birds flew overhead, and others chirped in the distance. The perfectday.

My stomach bounced with both trepidation and anticipation. By tonight I was going to be a marriedwoman.

Dad kissed me on the forehead, pulled my veil down, and linked arms with me. “You look beautiful, Bee. I’m so proud of you. Snagging four princes. Just like in yourstories.”

He still hadn’t shut up about that. For the last month while I’d prepared for the wedding, he’d gone on and on about it, bragging to anyone in White Peak who would listen that I was marrying four rich princes. But I hadn’t had the heart to tell him to stop embarrassing me. Not when he was so proud, and his face lit up at just the mention of mywedding.

I squeezed the bouquet of my mother’s roses, laced with white baby’s breath flowers. When my father had presented me with it, we’d both shed a tear in remembrance of my mother. I wished she was with ustoday.

“Don't cry again. You’ll ruin your makeup,” Dadsaid.

I inhaled a deep breath, preparing myself before I commenced my journey down theaisle.

Dad smiled at me and with my arm curled around his, he guided me up through the open doors leading into the back of the castle. I buzzed on the inside, my throat tightening, but I promised myself not to cry as excitement bubbled in my chest. We entered the ballroom, my princess white gown billowing around my legs, sparkling with every move. Silky fabric covered the bodice, pebbled indiamonds.

There were people everywhere, close to three hundred, and I’d finally got the chance to meet the castle staff who treated the princes like family… and embraced me without hesitation. The princes had told me after the ceremony more shifters would attend the reception, which was set up in the yard. But that didn’t matter to me as much as the four men awaiting me at the end of mywalk.

Every eye followed me, and their smiles beamed. My breaths raced. Lanterns and ribbons decorated the walls, creating a magical glow. We stood at one end of the long aisle, visitors sitting on chairs in rows on either side. I caught sight of Santos and Ariella, smiling my way and dressed up. Next to them were Scarlet’s three wolf shifters, each with a baby on their laps, and I almost melted at the sight. It took every strength to not run over there and hug the family. Maybe one day that would be my princes with our babies. Nero winked at me, and I grinned. Who would have thought both Scarlet and I would have each gained our very ownharems?

I turned my attention to the long path ahead of me and found Scarlet dressed in a greenish-blue glittery gown, long and loose, suiting her slim figure. Who else would I ask to be my bridesmaid but my best friend. She gave me a quick wave and smiled wildly. Just having her here made me feel less of a stranger but as if Ibelonged.

My gaze fell on my four princes. They were dressed in elaborate cloaks with golden trims, their heads raised high, their faces exploding withjoy.

I bounced on the inside, convinced I’d burst out crying any moment to have my wildest dreams come true. I got the men of my dreams, I became a princess, and Dad got to move in with us in the castle. When a soft harp ballad played, Dad walked usforward.

It was time. Time to take the first step into my newlife.

Later That Night

“Sugarplum, I can never get enough of being with you.” Leven took my hands in his. He kissed my knuckles, then left pecks up my arm. He tickled me, and his hands swept to my back, unraveling the ribbon keeping my bodice inplace.

When his mouth grazed mine, all worries faded, and I let myself drown beneath my husband. I loved that word so much. I might have had four husbands, but that made me four times aslucky.

With the bodice loosening around my chest, Leven’s deft fingers unwrapped me and tugged the dress up and over my head, leaving me in my underwear. Layers of white chiffon fabric covered his face as he carried the gown and set it a table, and Ilaughed.

His bedroom was twice the size of the guest one I’d slept in, and we’d all agreed that I got to select my own room, but most nights I’d take turns snuggling up with a different prince. Best arrangementever.

“Now where were we?” Leven dusted his hands and unbuttoned his shirt. He took off the top, and I reached over and caressed the muscles. The fire of his skin felt like an inferno. He removed his pants, and I never got enough of staring at his hardness… Yep, he was huge. Not that I’d expected anythingelse.

He kneeled in front of me. With his hands curled over the band of my panties, he slid them down mylegs.

I shivered as his fingers caressed the silkiness of my sex, his breath a feather gliding along my stomach. The fire behind me warmed me, and outside the night sparkled with stars and a silvery moon peeking out from behind clouds. I never would have thought my life would have turned out so incredible. Perfect. Insatiable. And with four shifters at my side, I was ready to follow my passion, travel the realms with my men, and write my stories for everyone to devour. Oh, and do royal, queen, and political things, which I still need to learnabout.
